This 'Truth About 6 Pack Abs For Women' course is getting alot of attention with it's best selling status, but I don't care about that, let me make that clear from the start.
Not all best sellers are worth the money, and I set out to review this course and really see if this one was all that folks are claiming it's cracked up to be.
I've been a fitness buff most of my life, even competing in triathlons with Lance Armstrong prior to him going to cycling full time, so I know a thing or two about fitness.
I also know that six pack abs are a desire of most women and men, since we equate that 'ripped look' with health and vitality.
I also know that very few people ever really get that fit, and truly at the end of the day the fitness lifestyle is more about the journey, not the destination anyway, right?
But six pack abs are sweet if you can work your way into them, and they definitely add to the sex appeal factor from either sex when you have them.
Here's the rub, though.
Most folks get the workout wrong, and they end up really pushing further away from that 6 pack ab goal rather than getting closer to it.
Between the nutrition required, the workouts you must dedicate yourself to, and really most importantly, the change of lifestyle, your challenges are many and varied.
I do like how at the very start of this course the author Michael Geary, gets right to the point and states that most of the fitness 'contraptions' seen on late night TV are really just pure junk, and are not worth a bit of the money people spend on them.
Michael's expertise in 6 pack abs is based on his having worked in the fitness industry, being a Certified Nutrition Specialist and a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in body fat reduction strategies and functional strength and power training.
Michael also holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, PA.
He has been published, read and reviewed in countless countries around the world, but, is the product here really worth your investment?
That is THE question. Period. End of Story.
After having purchased and reviewed the course in it's entirity, I come away with these thoughts, written in the review section below.
