The Truth About Six Pack Abs is probably the best book that I have ever read on how to build and maintain your abdominals.

This book explains the importance of getting six pack abs, diet, meal plans, and also comes with strength training exercises.

The main section covers over 20 highly effective abs exercises. Each exercise is illustrated with easy to follow color photos. There are some abs workout I've never seen before and burn like hell. The great thing is that there are a lot of workouts can be performed at home so I don;t even have to go to the gym.

The nutrition section is great because It's not the same crap you read about in all of the other books and its not the latest Hollywood celebrity fad's diets. It's a very balanced, nutritious, protein paked meal plan. One of the best things is once per week I can eat anything that I want to reward mysef for all of my efforts. This way I don't stop my diet an dcan keep on trucking!

The cardio training in The Truth about six pack abs is another amazing feature. Mike litterally takes you by the hand and tells you what to do, how to do it, how long to do your cardio sessions for, and how often to do them.

If you are looking to getting n amazing six pack this year look no further becuase this book is more than going to give you amazing results. It will give you the informaiton to keep your abs showing for a lifetime!
