The Ugly Truth About Free Marketing Leads
disclaimer; this article is about the fishy methods of generating leads. And is not about leads generated trough optin pages.
A marketing lead is basicly the identity of a individual or business who could be potentially interested in buying your products or services. It is the 1st and most important thing you need for your business endeavors. Free marketing leads frequently come from trade shows, promoting,(mostly trough optin pages) or even unmannered, pushing methods like cold-calling numbers from your local telephone book.(Think MLM) Cold calls, by the way, aren’t very efficient. Think about a lot of mlm company's who still advise their salesmen to get more bussiness reps. I know cause, i have too worked for an mlm company (herbalife).
Think about it—you do not know who these people are, what they need or want, and they aren’t the least bit aware of your merchandise or service.
The same applies the other way around.
A lead coming from those buy leads, or cold calling methods are generally not interested in your stuff, cause, they often don't know what you have to offer, don't know you, or just don't need your stuff.
If you type the words “free marketing leads” in Google, chances are it will give page after page of links. Nearly all of these links will be pretty slick, ranging from Multi-Level-Marketing schemes (that’s the polite name for pyramid scams) to ‘companies’ whose only intention is to rip you off by selling you lists of free leads. Wait a minute—if they are selling you leads, then the leads aren’t free, right? there are a whole bunch of so called list selling programs. They are proven not to work.
Often enough, this email list vendor sells or gives away the same list of leads to every would-be marketer, disregarding of what that marketer is really attempting to promote. using such mailing list or lead lists are au fond a way of cold calling. In other words, they aren't interested, you get blamed for spamming, and you won't make a dime.
What makes your brand exceptional? Do people know what you do? How you do it? Who you are? Think of who needs what you do. This is the beginning step in generating real marketing leads.
Possibly the best, most dependable, most self-respectful source of free marketing leads is your own internet site. People who visit your website do so for a reason. If they visit more than one time, they’re truly interested in what you do, who you are, and how you do what you do. These are genuine free marketing leads, and about as exactly targeted as you could hope for. Your target is to make sales, to make sales, you need leads, now are you going to capture these leads, or are you going to let them slip away?
This article shows the difference between the right and the wrong way, the difference between failing and succeeding. Now for those who aren't that familiar with internet marketing, let me tell you this, you have most probably heard of the sentence; The money is in the list.
Well it is very true, but how do you get this list, well you need a capture page or squeeze page(which is the same) and an autoresponder.
With this autoresponder you can follow up on the people who requested more info(your leads) on your product or you maybe have aquired these leads by giving away a free e-book in return for their e-mailadress and name. Follow up on these people, cause they will make you money. This and this alone is the effective method of getting a targeted list of interested leads for your business.
Do not buy these fake marketing leads, you will only loose money!!! and even if they are from some kind of website, do NOT use them. This will cause your business to fail.
Don't know how this all works, you can find out more on this site, watch the video and you'll understand.

Please don't take this the wrong way, steffer. I think you're multilingual and that English isn't the first language for you, by the way you compose your sentences. It makes it a little difficult for the person who only knows English to follow your ideas. The language itself; the vocabulary and words, you've mastered. It's the way a sentence is composed in your articles; what comes first, and how your phrases are strung together, that makes it hard to follow.
So I'm afraid I missed the point of this hub, pretty much all together.
