The Ultimate “How to Write Online” Course by Mike Klingler at Renegade University

This is a fraction of what is offered in one of the courses offered by Mike Klingler at Renegade University. Mike offers a ton of value at no cost and then allows you to upgrade to the professional level for a week at a cost of $1.

Then for $39.95 per month you have complete access to step by step, click by click tutorials on how to set up a blog, how to post articles at social marketing sites such as Squidoo and Hub pages; how to create your own videos, use Twitter, Facebook etc.etc.

Personally I was blown away by the content. Klingler gets you into action immediately which is great for those of us who suffer from analysis paralysis. Renegade University also pays an affiliate commission of $18/month.

Mike will take you step by step through this process using power point slides . He combines the power of visual with step by step instructions; do this first, second, third. Mike strongly encourages us to balance our training with consistent action to genererate "Massive Predictable ‘Effortless' Success" He reminds us that Training + Little Action = Nothing and A Lot of Action + Little Training = Frustration

STEP 1 is to create a master list of topics for your target market or markets. The definition of target market is simply the group of people you want to aim your message to. Who you are writing for is the first step in the formula and although basic it is key.

So who is your target market? This first STEP in the "Writing for Pull" Formula is to simply brainstorm. Ask yourself questions:

• Who are they?
• What are their concerns, their challenges, their circumstances etc.

• Ask why they have these problems.

• Ask what their dreams and goals are etc.

• What are some of their problems that you have solutions for?
• Ask what is stopping them from achieving their desires?

A great book to help you with this process of becoming a solutions provider is Michael Oliver's book: How to sell Network Marketing without fear, anxiety or losing our friends Put yourself in their shoes so to speak.

An overview of the recorded tutorials Mike Klingler teaches:

• STEP 1 Create master list of topics for our target market(s)
• STEP 2 Decide if it's a simple review or are you solving a problem/addressing a need, or both
• STEP 3 Add keywords into your topics
• STEP 4 ‘Pre-Outline' write a Title with 1 or 2 sentence summary of what your article is about
• STEP 5 Use a WRITING TEMPLATE for solving a problem/addressing a need. (Available with the course)

This is much easier to do if you yourself are the target market or have been the target market. For me personally I want to help Moms come home from work if they so desire. When I went back to work when my son was nine months old my whole being was screaming NO!!! I have become passionate about helping to bring Moms home or to remain at home. I believe we are going to pay a heavy price for having our children raise themselves.

It is simply easier to write about what you are interested in or have experience in. If this is something you plan on doing long term it better be something you enjoy and relates to your business. This way you become personally engaged in learning about your subject and staying up to date with what your target is interested in.

When you are passionate about something you want to learn as much about your topic as you can, thus becoming an expert. In this way you can relate to people sincerely, understand where they are at and make a genuine connection with them; thus gaining their trust. This positions you as a solutions provider and you can help them solve their problems.

For example if you are looking for leads for your network marketing opportunity. Your target market are those looking for extra income. With 30 million people projected to be coming online in the next couple of years I recommend this target market! This poem is a great illustration:

• I am the employee who hates his job but has to feed his family.
• I am the young father who wants to buy his first home.

• I am the young mother who wants to quit working so she can raise her children.
• I am the doctor who knows working 17 hours a day does not allow quality time with his or her family.

• I am the executive verging on a heart attack looking for a less stressful occupation.
• I am the young mind of a retiree who was forced out of a job but still has what it takes and is looking for a chance to prove it.

• I am the single parent who needs a two-parent income to raise my child.
• I am the entrepreneur who wants to own his or her own profitable business, but without risk.

• I am the college graduate who cannot get more than minimum wage because of a lack of experience.
• I am the dedicated achiever who found my income has peaked out but whose responsibilities have continued to increase as well.

• I am the burned out, fed up, stressed out worker who would love to be appreciated just once!
• I am the couple working two jobs each who never seem to have enough time or money.
• I am the farmer whose life has been totaled by weather, the engineer who loves the work he has been trained for but has been forced into management where hard workers normally turn into dust and blow away.
• I am the one who realizes that I have been working for 15 years in my career but there will be no retirement benefits for me.

• I am the parent who is afraid to send my children to public schools but hasn't enough money to send them to private schools.
• I am the parent who has college-aged children and no college savings.

• I am the dreamer who knows somewhere and somehow there is a way for me to reach my dreams.
• But where can I find the answer? Who has the way? Someone call me, someone must have the answer. If I am not on your list, find me. If you do not have the courage, I pray you will discover it. If you do not want your dream badly enough, call me for my dreams. For whatever reason, pick up the phone and offer me a consultation!

They may not yet know they are looking for a network marketing business or believe that they can make money online. Or they may be surfing the net; Googling their favorite topics such as the golf example above.

My focus is network marketing but it doesn't need to be network marketing it can be anything. Your target market may be interested in golf, horses, travel. You may have a whole web-site on golf with just a section on network marketing for those who also want to be able to fund their golf habit. You then write your articles about golf simply offering value and leading them to your web-site.
