Introduction to this Educational Hub

Knowledge is Potential power! Get rich quick courses are POWERFUL knowledge.

I want to begin by saying that the term "him" "guy" "his" and so forth is used loosely as to mean man and woman. I write guy because I'm a male and so it flows out this way. Instead of saying he and she all over the place I just try to use one and so you realize its not just men I'm talking about as their is an equal amount of women in this area.. Just to clear that up to avoid confusion)

This hub started out in three different ways and somehow spawned into what I consider a powerful awareness that just may change how you see infomercials forever.

But I hope it will change how you see your ambition and how you chase your dreams. I want to unlock that ambition you buried when your "get rich quick" course failed to bring you the riches you so desired (and they so flagrantly promised) when you ordered the course.

I want to show you that, your get rich course (omitting the word "Quick" makes it a valid claim), that you probably threw on the shelf, is not worthless or another scam you subscribed to that killed your dream just because it didn't work to do what they made you believe it would do.

After realizing what I'm showing you here, I am kicking my own arise for throwing away several of these courses. In my new awareness I realize some of those courses are no longer available for purchase but if they were I'd buy them all over again and am now seeking out more in my topic of choice for reasons I'll point out later in this hub.

I don't recommend you skip ahead, this article is designed to slowly show you where things probably went wrong with executing (using it efficiently and powerfully) your infomercial course. I'm going to touch on all the reasons the infomercial potentially did you wrong (why their claims weren't just bs, but were probably the whole reason you gave up!) and where they potentially did you right, by the end you will see infomercial courses in a new fascinating light!

"I'm sorry I couldn't help over hearing you..."

We've all been there. Your sitting somewhere and overheard some fascinating conversation about something that peaked your interests and even made you thirst for more, to get more information you broke protocol and stopped pretending not to listen in.. "I'm sorry I couldn't help over hearing you, how does that work?" then they tell you if its not too personal.

You may ask how can they straight out lie on the infomercial and get away with it? Because they use third party conversation tactics. Its manipulative at best, but illegal? Not at all.(I say biting my toungue hard).

Immoral? absolutely. Let me explain. I know it's hard to wrap your head around how something can be legal an immoral but may I point you to our government in progress. *wink* (couldnt resist!)

The shocking truth (bare with me) is: Their course does work the way they say, they do offer tips to quick and even instantaneous riches, and they do amazing things for the people who use them. But theirs a catch.

Their not talking to you.

"I'm sorry... WHAT!?"

Target audience

Yeppers, their NOT (legally) talking to you (but they are) Confused? then its working (their tactics)

Yep, their talking to their "Target Audience" whom are the seasoned professionals like themselves. The catch is that they are also talking to those with the wealth mindset, and those "diamonds in the rough" mentalities, often the poor people who realize theirs no short cuts to riches without being first seasoned to handle when the shortcuts pose problems that weren't in the course.

Their is no law that states that you have to market to every person watching your show. You may not have diabetes and so may not need the diabetes medications or insulin checkers, you may not have insomnia so may not need lunesta prescribed sleeping pills.

You may not be seasoned or realize that it takes work and experience and education to make this course work as its in no way an out of the box sensation they claim it is. At least not to you. To their "target audience" it is absolutely that in much the same way that someone with a million dollars has the resources to take risks and so has more potential to invest in a stock, and thus can make another million dollars if that stock goes up but one point, where as a poor person would not have this resource and thus making 1 million dollars over night is not possible..

The investment strategy is open to both parties but generally, only one can employ it successfully due to resources. Their are cleaver people whom don't have resources, who can talk someone of means into doing this for them for a cut of the profits for showing them this stock, but this would be the diamond in the rough I spoke of before, someone with the right mind set to even think like that (investor or finding resources).

Typical caption on testimonials, but why not put this below all those "rich" symbols on the commercial too? that would be honesty right?

"Results not typical. You may make more or less."
"Results not typical. You may make more or less."

Written for the wealth mindset, sold to the opposite with a foolish dream attached to assure failure

The courses are written for others who think like the guy who wrote it, well aware of the field, willing to spend 4+ years taking classes and through experience, trial and error and especially failing into experience (the best kind as it is sustaining and dynamic lessons you never forget). These people are likey to make the course a true shortcuts to riches course as I'll explain later in this hub.

If your that person who thinks its going to make you rich a week after you crack open that box and "quick start" video, and you have no formal or even specialized (internet seminars etc.. ) training, then your not their "target" ( I use the [ " ] sarcastically) audience, at least not in legal terms, truthfully your being targeted alright just not in the target audience sort of way). Due to the fact that both sets of markets (the diamond in the rough I call them those with the wealth mindset) and the others (the poor people who are tricked into believing its a true get rich quick course that will work because it did for the testimonials that are "not typical results").

Don't just get excited at the prospect of wealth, think about it realistically not in terms of shorcuts
Don't just get excited at the prospect of wealth, think about it realistically not in terms of shorcuts

Back to the "Third Party" concept.. "I'm sorry I couldnt help over hearing you..."

When you purchase their course you're that third party bystander and you saw the infomercial but didn't realize you weren't who they were "legally" talking to or "promoting" it to. Although you were that's beside the point. If you fail they simply say, well you didn't do it right, and most likely you didn't. What makes them Dream assassins is they know dam well they could have told you this information and didn't because it would make you think, that's too much like work, I want quick money (which my friend doesn't exist in a course, if it exists anywhere its pure luck or well organized ambition mixed with experience.)

Truth is even those shortcuts don't work 9 times out of ten and the experience you need gives you the perseverance to not give up, and to find better and new cleaver ways to continue. Experience pads the fall and bounces you back up with integrated safety nets of wisdom- how to fix the problem efficiently.

If your seasoned in the wealth mindset, and have the experience under your belt that this author does, not only will HIS course work for you like every one of those testimonials and he himself, but ANY course will work. The get rich quick concept is real but not to just any Joe out there.

To the right trained person, the course isn't a course at all, it's a black book of tactics to add to their repertoire! But this course has a very interesting hidden power for the poor people who are unseasoned, untrained, and who can get past the get rich quick dream and be realistic about wealth. The hardest part to grasp about wealth is the mindset.

It's pretty straight forward and a finely oiled tried and true (evident by all the millionaires that use it and sustain their wealth indefinitely) precision machine, however its the exact opposite of everything that the poor mindset is about (which answers the question, why do the rich get richer and the poor get poorer, because the rich invest, the poor spend every dime, then get credit to spend money they don't even have!!!)

My Humbled Story of SUccess (not finantially yet)

My Story

(Not success in the way you'd think, but much more valuable) the first thing you have to do to become wealthy is reframe the definition of "Success"

Now I am not what you may (yet) consider highly successful right now (financially speaking only) even 20 years and about a dozen businesses later, but I am definitely successful and wealthy in many ways that count much more than money does. I have no doubt that in the next 2 years I'll amass my first million, maybe more like 5-10 million.

I absolutely believe this because I've worked for it for 20 years. I never took shortcuts, I purchased courses for their valuable gold nuggets of tips, but realized that I needed more than just that course to reach my goals. I've started and learned immensely from over a dozen businesses, but have now found my niche and have been growing my company for 6 years now..

its come a long way and has a long way to go still but all around it their are many more things happening. Success remember is not a destination, its The Journey itself. It's like a woman's orgasm, the foreplay is the true sex the orgasm the finale both are important and feel amazing, the orgasm does feel more intense but the journey if it was done right and slow, lasted far longer than the orgasm and based on the amount of pleasure derived, although seemingly less intense the foreplay was more valuable and sustaining, it will be the part she remembers the most. Same with success.. You can't truly appreciate or enjoy the wealth if you don't have a journey to define it by.

This current business is still growing, and I'm still learning, my skills are seasoned and I'm starting to realize the money, but I have very deeply embedded in me and become active in the wealth mindset and that is what those courses taught me above all else.

They didn't however directly tell me about or how this mindset worked. They merely offered me the terminology, the structure of ideas that helped me to seek it out and discover what this hub is designed to show you. It wasnt until I found what I deemed the ultimate infomercial course because its to me 90% amazing 10% padding where as all those other infomercials were more like 10% useful and 90% padding. The course called Choose to be rich changed everything, but it wasnt even that course that got me there first, it was Robert t. Kiosaki's book Rich dad Poor dad that unlocked the doors of the mindset and I suggest you go get a copy and read it.

He didnt teach to chase money, he taught to chase knowledge, investment and smart thinking, the money, as he says, will always follow a good plan to better yourself. You can check out his books and course here (I dont make money sending you there) but I suggest you purchase the books at amazon.com where you can get a better deal. When I learned what I did from his books, I revisited my courses purchased over the years and it was like I saw them for the first time. When I unlocked the awareness of the wealth mindset they had new meaning, structure made more sense and I realized that although this stuff isnt get rich quick, it is very valuabvel information for getting rich quicker, (than had I not had the shortcut to the information).

Again you have to bypass the fluff and see the diamond and it takes time and experience, trial and error but I did it. I'm only 2 years away from realizing my first million, and I continue to learn, grow, and integrate new ideas for making money. My latest is writing these articles, selling my pictures (stock photography, my CD's (40 became 80 when I converted them to downloadable CD's) and so on.

so here's my short story to show you how I found the value in infomercial courses (but this isn't the nugget of gold I've planted in this course.. that will come after I really open your eyes to the truth of these courses true magic. I'm hitting both sides good and bad, to show you a new paradigm shift and how you need to do so to realize any kind of sustaining wealth. You have to realize that wealth is NOT just money, their are things much more valuable that make attaining money very easy, so don't waste your time chasing money, chase this, then the money will come without effort.

The Wealth Mindset is Intricate but incredibly organized with lazer precision

In the Wealth Mindset people understand life from the 1 and 0 binary levels up to the cause and effect relationships intimately
In the Wealth Mindset people understand life from the 1 and 0 binary levels up to the cause and effect relationships intimately

The Jerrico Effect & TranQu!l-Wiser

I created a business based on my passions of creation, I love to create so that was a must, I created at first e-books on interesting subjects, I created CD's packed full of e-books on cool topics, and ultimately I created a new technology in meditation which I also created to help me sleep and relax more :) then I made websites (again creative fun) wrote ad copy (passion for writing), interacted in forums (loved teaching people and learning interactively), and of course earned money selling my products. At first I made chump change but the work was amazing to me, it was fun, it was stimulating and fulfilling, the currency in its fun was more valuable to me than money.

Because I loved every aspect of it I did it well, learned to hone everything to better and better quality. The day did come 3 years later where I was consistently making a lot of money, it seemed to flow in and I couldn't have done any of it had it not been for the information in all those courses. I integrated an average of about 10 new concepts from each course, I just read between he lines, the pitch the motivating factors, and just fished for the diamond.

Their are amazing opportunities to make money. You can write articles, take pictures and post them to sites that sell them giving you usually 50 cents on the dollar for them (each time the picture is downloaded), you can produce meditation music and sell it on these same sites (called digital sales sites) they get 15% of your revenue which is very fair since their hosting your product and helping you sell it, you can write e-books and sell them this way too..

All of this information is available free if you just Google keyword "make money on the internet". In fact you're on a page of such money making potential right now!

This article (right here) is on a site that actually pays you to write articles like this for money. So you just write you a quality informative article that helps people and you get paid a share of the ad revenue, when someone visits an ad around the article!

click here to sign up and add me as a fan and I'll walk you through it free just for using my link to Signup <--- click that link :) and set up your account free, if you like to write this is easy money! I don't have to woo you into this money making venture with lies of get rich quick (because it isn't one of those deals however with time and it is incredibly easy, these articles you write accumulate and over years you have hundreds if not thousands of "cash cows" earning you small but collectively potentially huge sums of money. It is work, but its so easy a cave man can do it, just time consuming and requires some learning of concepts like link backs and networking.

I know shameless promotion but realize I'm not trying to sell you anything just help you reach that same place the infomercials course should have but didn't... you can also be notified if I write new articles like this one so it helps you if you become my fan.

no need to buy the course someone already made, the course free. Why? because the site you visit has Google ads on it, and their hoping you click into one while your there reading about this course, and that's how they get paid (you can do this too, write up a site about your hobby/passion then get a Google ad sense account and learn to drive people to the site! its that simple.. although learning to steer traffic is an art form / skill set you need to learn and research, but again its on the net, an endless school on anything.. Google is the most valuable thing ever!

They wrote it in this mindset and for those of this mindset, and because this "secret society" (I use the term secret society throughout this hub loosely to mean those aware of the wealth mindset not a hidden society :) of pragmatists are pretty huge in numbers they see you as the failure not them.. Even though they failed you by not being clear about this pertinent step!

The irony however is the majority of this "secret society in the open" are already successful and thus don't need this course like the rest of us feel we do. The few that do need it are upcoming wealth mind-set educated individuals that discovered the information in a desperate attempt to understand their wealthy counterparts in society..

They read it on a website like this one perhaps, and now are armed where your probably not even carrying a shield. What is mind boggling is you've been exposed to it all your life, a lot through television, the matrix, and many more, but many will see it, few will embrace and live it.. Those who do are the rich people who stay rich and become perpetually richer EVEN if they fail a lot, or lose it all. They can bounce back with amazing precision!

The few diamonds in the rough know what it means, how the wealth mind-set differs and fosters success more efficiently, and take actions you probably didn't even think of.. I'll tell you this; they didn't start following those steps outlined in the first manual in the course. Actually most likely if they made it big, they didn't follow ANY of those steps outlined in the course.

Huh? I know..

The answers are coming neo..

Let's break down the Wealth mindset the first tool in your toolbox of success of any kind, for it lays the foundation with the best grounding for permanent success. You don't want quick riches you want lasting success which has a side effect of wealth and prosperity (in every way not just the mighty dollar)

This was me braggin after making 500.00 in one day on sales made without lifting a finger (automation is great!)

I did make money using information in several infomercial courses BUT not over night, not following THEIR course (layout/step by step plan), I used the info, created my own idea of how to use it and chased the dream, this took me years to accomplish
I did make money using information in several infomercial courses BUT not over night, not following THEIR course (layout/step by step plan), I used the info, created my own idea of how to use it and chased the dream, this took me years to accomplish

I over the past 20 years, started reading these courses. I started when I was about 11 years old, reading my dads courses ordered from tv commercials, but I learned early to see this information as purely information not a course to attain wealth in the most literal form. It wasnt until about the age of 23 that I started to really take this inforamtion to heart. I always saw my parents fail in one endeavor or another and so i realized that chasing money was not the way to go, I did however believe success was always possible, but being more realistic was the way.

I never forgot the things I read and learned in these courses. Don Le'pre was the first, his course was on 900 numbers and placing tiny classified ads in newspapers. I remembered all the tips and tactics but didnt run with anything. Over the years I started to concoct businesses utilizing not the tips but the concepts to create innovative ideas in how to do things. I wasnt successful right away but it wasn't success I was chasing as much as experience.

I then took about 7 years trying one thing after another to try to make it big, but again I didnt (as was suggested actually in don le'pre's course) make any rigid expectations, just goals that I hoped would manifest yet if they didnt I knew that I still learned something valuable. I basically ordered courses that seemed to have some facinating tips and tricks in them. The course to me was probably a copy of the other concepts but like learning about sex as a young adult I realized that each person you have sex with teaches you one thing, even if its just something small its a skillset/awareness you integrate into the whole. To me each course was an addition to my arsenal of innovative cocepts that would become my tool kit for success.

I also started to teach others what I knew so I could see them run with it and reinforce my belief in it as being a feesible idea. I figured if anyone could do it not just me it had to work. The information in all these courses probably cost me over the years around $3,000, but I concider it a cheap but valuable education in success. I would test all these concepts out in many ways not in the course, I always asked questions to elicit the truth about the idea, the power in it and to extract its higest potential. A concept learned and integrated not as a shortcut but as a wise use of knowledge becomes a skillset, a muscle for your creative spirit to use later.

My first official success that to me felt like the "riches" on tv, although relatively speaking it didnt matter to me it was an accomplishment, was my company The Jerrico Efffect and TranQuil-Wiser Innovations. I used advice in almost all of the courses I used at one time or another like:

  • Invent a product based on your passion
  • network your skills, intrests, passions into a product
  • only sell or create a product that stimulates you!
  • use your talents wisely
  • and so on...

Your're at a dinner party or wedding and over hear someone talking about this amazing way to make money...

You simply must know more... (picture Jay and Jerrico at jay's wedding)
You simply must know more... (picture Jay and Jerrico at jay's wedding)

Always ?????? Everything

bad picture but you get the idea lol
bad picture but you get the idea lol

Question everything, don't chase the shortcuts to wealth chase the resources that will help you aquire it.

Like the dinner party you're watching the infomercial apparently designed for people just like you, so you order to get more information, but come to realize without training in the field this course is of no real use.

They claim, if you fail it's because you lacked this awareness and it was your bad, I even heard one course told their customer we did our part, we wrote the manuals it's not our fault you believe in fairies!!!!! Calling their own infomercial a fantasy/fairy?! This is too much!..

I find it very sad that with all the amazing ways you can make money online these infomercials have to rip people off with Mis- information, or fluff ads that destroy people's ability to make money even if it is well written. I find it remarkably astounding that people don't question more before they order the course and if they do order the course having failed in the past with a similar one they continue to buy thinking something will be different. The course, like I said works, rather the material is truly valuable (some of them) but the mindset is what is lacking, -not good information.

Make no rigid outcomes, dreams, goals, NO EXPECTATIONS just potentials!

Expectations or even Resolutions (the rigid kind of both not dynamic liquid forms) are evil as they rob you of ambition if you set them and don't achieve them exactly. The thing is, the poverty mindset is rooted in believing in and chasing "the dream" where as the wealth mindset is rooted in investing in and chasing resources (of which money is but one of many) to "acquire", not win or shortcut to, "the American dream". See the difference here?

You like how I showed that first line in this picture? those are not dollar signs in his glasses their letter "S" for Stanford the college (see caption below pi

The “S” on his chest is not a dollar sign either its the Stanford S with a tree over it.. This is the kind of subtle trickery they use its not lying because its you who defined it as dollars signs not them!
The ā€œSā€ on his chest is not a dollar sign either its the Stanford S with a tree over it.. This is the kind of subtle trickery they use its not lying because its you who defined it as dollars signs not them!

Omission is still lying if you know omitting certain information will potentially cause failure!

The truth is they lied to you, well sort of.. it depends on how you look at it. I'm with you, they got me too but I don't take defeat lightly so I dug deeper to see what was really happeing, what I uncovered will blow your mind, it blew mine!

They lied not about the potential of the course. Not about the quick money you could make. Not even about the testimonials. All of that was actually true. I know your thinking "come on, thats the whole infomercial, whats left?"..

Their is another way to lie where your not really giving bad or untrue information, a way where you simply don't inform people of the important things needed, because it may not give you the ambition to call that number and order within the next 12 minutes *smile*. Information that they can claim you should have realized as an intelligent individual, but that is truthfully elusive unless you grew up around the wealthy mindset, a not so common mindset in the average american household.

They lied in a way that is as slimy as liying yet because everything they DID SAY was absolutely true, they slipped one past you and didnt break any laws. Its called OMMISSION. Where they were derelict in their duty was not mentioning that you have to work to achieve this "Status", you have to pay your sweat equity dues, and you have to think outside the course to make it happen but one day when you reach a certain point in your awareness, this course absolutely does what they said it does.. What they left out was the fact that, to the wealthy this is :::Common sense::: but to the poverty mind-set (where their target audience resides for the most part) this is NOT so common.

Are you a diamond in the rough? This hub will convert you into one! (read caption below picture)

Diamond = Wealth symbol (in the) Rough = Hard work. The diamond in the rough people are simply those who realize nothing comes with out hard work, and they buy into the concept not the fantasy of the quick money.

Visualize helps you Realize

This is me when I was green (pun?) I made this to motivate myself to "see" myself rich and successful like in the Infomercial "Making Money Now"
This is me when I was green (pun?) I made this to motivate myself to "see" myself rich and successful like in the Infomercial "Making Money Now"

Are you a diamond in the rough? or the average working stiff just trying to get ahead? most of us are the second one, so why are they advertizing us? Their not.

(I know I already said this but it bears repeating as it is the reason you will always fail to meet the potential laid out on the commercial)

Because they know they can do so without being called (legally) a liar. They market unscrupulously to these 1 in 1Million people(probably a more accurate number than the one I used above), the tiny part of the market share of poor people, but "Know" that the other 999,999 people will see the commercial and think, wow I can do that!

They also know that the diamond in the rough will not chase the money as much as the education, and so they can preach all day about the house, the car, the million dollar bank accounts and show you the checks, but unlike the average Joe these diamond types will ignore this as fluff and get to the heart of the course, the so called "short cuts".

Why? Because they omit the importance of how you MUST execute the program correctly. They do tell you in the booklet that comes in the course but they fail to really define what it means. They say it in one paragraph and never mention it again, and the manuals are worded in such a way as to give the tone that this "wealth Mind-set" is common sense like tying your shoes..

Truth is it is completely different from the poor mindset of their "real" targeted audience, and if your reading this course in the poor mindset it will read interresting but won't be so feesible or easy as you hoped. I attribute this to a corporate CEO speaking to a class of 5th graders about how to run a company but without filtering down his language or taking into account that a 5th grader has no idea what ROI or return on investment, or corporate hiarchy/structure means. Although they will pick up some basics in his speach, they will have no idea how to themselves do any of that stuff.

The Make-This (happen) hehe

..are you telling me when I'm ready I can dodge bullets? No. I'm telling you, when your "ready" You Wont Have To. "ready is knowing the wealth mindset"
..are you telling me when I'm ready I can dodge bullets? No. I'm telling you, when your "ready" You Wont Have To. "ready is knowing the wealth mindset"

The matrix is real.. its the world that has been pulled over your eyes.. to hide you from the truth.. what truth? that your a slave neo..

Actually now that I think of it the movie the matrix opened a lot of peoples minds forcing them to think outside the box and question their routines, their ways of thinking and their very existence.. this lead a lot of people to seek out and learn this wealth Mind-set and so realistically the new overflow of infomercials is proof of the new conciousness being a necessity, and as far as its concerned here.. to become truly wealthy with "wealth muscles" mentally requires an awareness of these concepts

Note about the flux of Infomercials:

More now than ever, even on prime time, taking up 2 minutes of 30 second spots Right In the middle of a show, were starting to see MORE of the two minute variety, which is a bit confusing to our normal mode of watching tv since when we go get a sandwitch and come back and are 2 minutes into an infomercial we get confused thinking, what happened to the show? but it comes back and we wonder why an infomercial is out of its time zone!

This influx of infomercials is a result of movie releases that are really starting to make people think about their world. Some are:

  • "The Secret" (amazing eye opener movie)
  • "What the bleep do we know" (another incredible eye opener)
  • "The Matrix trilogy"
  • "The Matrix Ultimate Box set" (took fans deeper into the mind set with 5 Incredible psychology DVDs explaining it in plain English (but disguising it as entertainment!).

You've probably seen these movies already but I recommend you watch them again after reading this hub with a new perspective, rather do a google search on Wealth mindset skipping past any infomercial sites (lol) and research the concept then go watch the any one of or all of these movies for a new interresting perspective on life. You can rent them cheap you do not have to purchase them.

When you discover the wealth mindset (rich people teach this to their kids from birth, also note it may be called other names like success mindset, investment mindset etc..) you will notice this mindset predominately explained (if your paying attention to the psychology not just the cool effects) on these movies.

Each in my opinion is a different angle on the same concept. These movies are the best I've found so far at explaining very entertainingly the wealth mindset. The Wealth mindset is but one thing you need to comprehend and get your head around before reawakening your get rich quick course materials, but its an important step as it will give you insight and power to motivate yourself more productively than chasing outcomes like wealth.

Don't:

  • Make Rigid goals
  • Create Rigid outcomes
  • chase money
  • make time limits on becoming wealthy
  • use money to motivate you to keep going
  • buy an infomercial just because its easy sounding and can make you rich quick (they claim)

DO:

  • Make dynamic goals that can change to compensate with learning curves and new goals
  • make a general goal to be successful and rich EVENTUALLY
  • No time limits on getting rich
  • make time limits on becoming successful
  • choose a course that appeals to you (you'd do it free cause you love the subject/concep)

Outcomes can lead to you losing your motivation. You should make goals not outcomes. The difference is a goal is not solidly rigid, it can change to accomidate new situations but is dynamicly set to a theme, outcomes are ridig ideals that if you don't achieve them you feel dissapointed.

Like you the aware few, the diamond in the roughs', read all the materials when their course arrives in the mail, but they start reading the information in a whole different way with a while different goal in mind (short term goal) and this is the key to success in using this material!

So here we are, course in hand confused as to why this doesn't seem intuitive. That by the way is the key "tell" as they say in poker, to why it doesn't work for you. It's about mindset, a way of thinking that promotes ways of living, ways of acting, and ways of perusing your goals. If your in one mindset this is as easy as taking candy from a baby, if your in the other, its as hard as taking candy from a baby being held by a really big daddy who loves his child and will challenge you in every way before stomping you into the ground till you give up.

Surprisingly all of if not most of the infomercial Get rich Quick Schemes are legit.. but the Get rich quick part has a major catch!

It has come to my attention that people KNOW that infomercials sell kits that NOONE really (other than the few lucky ambitious ones with super human patience and some hidden skill sets) makes those wonderful millions of dollars, drives the cherry red Lamborghini, or lives in that incredible 4 home sized mansion with the two incredibly fit blond bombshells sitting on the hood behind the guy on the commercial.

Coincidence? Not really. But what gets me is their is a huge sting of bad press, especially word of mouth around infomercials. So why do they survive? You have to wonder, are people really this out of the loop to fall for it and keep buying the courses thinking it will work THIS time? Standing in my kitchen the other day I was cooking and an infomercial came on and I thought sigh.. what is up with these guys? More so what are these people who keep buying these courses thinking? I know they pretty much have enough intelligence to know they are going to fail at using it without alot of work and discipline, yet the selling point is always the Money! NOONE returns it either, for the 30 day money back guarantee either do they? so what gives?

Where does failure in perfectly executing the "course" happen? A little background then I'll enlighten you. It's really quite simple and your going to kick your

From a Layman's perspective, I concluded well it has to be the next generation just coming into their prime of moving out of mommy and daddy's basement, primed and ambitious ready to flex that college degree but no one will give them a chance to exercise that entrepreneurial spirit.. Since their is always an influx of new 20-45 year olds (the demographic I assume) the infomercials will keep coming.

The courses all work, they are brilliant, written from the author's trial and error, his mistakes and lessons should help you avoid such pitfalls, but realistically speaking avoiding those hard lessons makes you weaker when you crash and you will even if you make it crash at some point, with little to no experience to fall back on to rebuild. Shortcuts work but rob you of the foundation to pick yourself up later. The author is successful BECAUSE he failed, learned from it and can always now pick himself up. Sure his awareness is valuable to help you make money faster and more efficiently, but you are screwing yourself in the long run. That said, even then its not that the course doesn't work and isn't a valuable "cheat code" to the game of wealth, its the way they are delivering it as if its the most phenomenal money making system, fool proof, when in the end it proves you a fool to lazily take the shortcuts without formal training and experience, working from the ground up.

The truth of the matter is the course is just a tool to use IN your success, AFTER you train to become that guy he is describing in his infomercial. The course serves as two valuable things that are neglected because the author is "selling the dream" instead of selling success in a package. His course can show the complete newbie what he needs to learn. Think of his topics as subheadings to the course. I.e. real-estate being the heading a subheading is buying with no money down. Realize that this requires credit and not everyone can pull it off or has the credit record REQUIRED to get a home with no money down. Even if you use the tactics of manipulating the purchase/sale of a property so the owner/seller pays YOUR down payment their still is alto of factors that fold into making that happen effectively. If you took the course wisely you'd realize ok now I know how HE did it, so now I can go learn how to:

  • 1. get my credit record cleaned up and optimal to be able to in the first place :use my credit as a leverage for not paying money down
  • 2. learn how real-estate sales works
  • 3. learn how to close the sale

and more.. the point is the course outlines the major things you need to know, that being anything in it you don't know or never did before. Take this as a course list in many areas outside of real-estate like taxes, learn to fix credit record and so on.. The course is for now just a way to map out an outline of your mission to learn to be a real-estate investor. Once you've targeted your course of action, from a very focused stand point (you needn't fail by taking all the wrong courses in hopes that your learning the right things, that kind of failure is inefficient.)

with this course your given the exact things you need to go learn, but don't rely on this course to teach it, go get a fully comprehensive training on the topics, one at a time, take years to do this, think of the long term not the bs short term get rich quick, its not only not going to happen its going to blow up in your face if you get lucky and land a few good sales.

Look at the course no money down for example as a 100.00 glimpse into your curriculum, a lesson plan if you will. Ignore what he said about the money, it will definitely come if you follow my advice here, and his advice in the course will give you the focused power to learn WHAT you need. To me having this kind of focus is well worth the 100.00 because it saves you from trial and error spending thousands on educations that don't help you anyway!

Avoiding the "fluff" courses is worth its weight in gold, time is money! It is literally get rich quick, not in the sense that you make millions or even thousands the first month, but because in hindsight if you went out and without a map tried to learn the business of real-estate investing and sales it would probably take you (as I'm sure it took him) an extra 15 years of bad decisions, wrong courses and so on before you arrived at the perfectly focused curriculum in his course! I'd say get rich in 2-3 years is not only realistic if you use his course to plan your education so you can not only make millions but sustain it through any setbacks, become a rubber ball you fall and bounce higher up! I consider this quick compared to 15 years, its 5 times faster so in essence "Quick" applies.

If you take the course as a way to generate money so you can acquire the schooling, so you can get your feet wet yet CONTINUE your education to build the missing foundation and experience, or even to make money you can use to live on while you learn the trade fully, not just the money making part but go to school full time to for example learn real-estate (if your wanting that no money down real-estate for wealth course) license, then this is a wise course of action (pun?) because your not trying to take a long term wealth shortcut your trying to find a way to cover your rent, costs of learning/schooling the trade, gaining the freedom necessary to build your skill sets.

I admit going to a conventional 9-5 robs you of your time, your too tired to build anything let along spend a lot of time going to school, so this is a very necessary step to eliminate, and taking the courses shortcut to acquire some quick but temporary cash so you can have the time to chase the dream in the right way, is just good thinking. By the way if you apply this course this way you will find it two times more valuable later.

  • 1. First of all it helped you focus your goals and give you amazing insight into what you needed to learn. A roadmap to true success training.
  • 2. Second when you fill in the mortar that will hold this courses "bricks" or knowledge/advice in and secure a powerful foundation, the course NOW has the value the infomercial ranted and raved about. Now your set to utilize these tips with precision, with experience, with perfect credit!

So you see you may have purchased this course for all the wrong reasons but if your reading this and have those failed courses still, dust them off, ask yourself if this is still an interesting topic for you, a career if you mastered it would fulfill your desires including your doing what you love. Not because it can make you rich but because besides the money its just alot of fun to learn and grow with it.

If you hate real-estate sales but know this is a huge money making industry you wont make it, at some point you'll lose your mojo and fail out of just not having fun with it. You must pick something you like doing then find a course designed to exploit that desire! Their are hundreds of thousands of infomercial type courses out there to choose from. Don't justify paying the 60-300.00 on the course as your reason to go with this one, in the long run your screwing yourself out of more than 300.00 if you do. Take the hit and learn the lesson it taught you. Be careful to only buy what interests you as a subject course not a way to make money. Money comes where foundation is set in stone!

Once your seasoned you will be truly amazed at how you can take a course like this and shortcut to the millions, not because you lazily took a shortcut without the work, but because you've been down the long hard road already and don't require to learn those things now, you CAN take the shortcuts, your prepared now, your educated, your seasoned, the shortcuts are no longer short cuts but "tactics" to flexing your muscles of experience. It's that experience that allows the shortcuts to work, if they fail they don't devastate you, in some cases you just see what went wrong and try it again, in others you try other shortcuts. Once your at this level of success/experience you can now purchase ANY course in your field as a valuable addition to your collection of books, shortcuts and so on, they become like stock tips or insider trading, your advantage.

You've earned the right to use shortcuts, because you could do it the long way and have.. now you've earned the easy way to make money and it works completely. Mind boggling isn't it? This mentality, this awareness and goals based on this awareness are very powerful. Your not kidding yourself, but you are focusing yourself intently. The work is long and can be tiring, but hang in their and it will be easy one day, you will be an expert and may have your own course, but please don't preach about making millions, take what I put here and sell this with the course.. Mention the two tiers/levels of use one for the beginner (the lesson plan use) one for the seasoned professional (shortcuts to the money).

If they told you this in the infomercial most people would think, that sounds too much like work. But anything worthwhile IS work. There truly are no safe shortcuts, without experience your going to eventually hit a problem, a crash, or a reverse windfall that will make your dreams parish and when it happens and you don't have experience to fall back on to rebuild you will lose your mojo, your motivation. My problem isn't in the course its in the delivery of the commercial. Simply setting people up to fail by exploiting their desires for quick fixes, shortcuts and in the end using their own mindset to trap them into failure, to reinforce it actually by teaching them to create outcomes (get rich, have this car etc..) which if they don't acquire them will make them quit, even if they had success they wont see it because they've defined success incorrectly and unwisely..

this is the same reasons most relationships fail, people make outcomes the infamous "Mr. Right or Mrs. Right" syndrome. You can't imagine who that will be or what they will be like, if you try you will narrow your focus until they are right in front of you but you don't recognize them because they are not the template you imagined them to be, so you screw yourself out of love, and with chasing quick riches your screwing yourself out of sustaining wealth.. does anyone see a pattern to this poverty mentality?

If trends continue and kids don't take their parents advice on such matters as getting rich quick and such, they will continue to be warned and yet feel surprised when that making money now course comes in the mail only to become a decorative art piece in their bookshelf a month later to impress their friends when they come over.

In many ways I'm glad these kids DONT listen to their parents. Truth is just because they failed to make the millions on similar courses, this doesn't seal their kid's fate in the same endeavors. In fact I didn't make millions but I did find success in that SMC course, the same course my father purchased and never ran with. My success was humbled and mostly educational but I did take it further than he did and the lessons I learned were of another valuable currency that I consider wealth.

It's interesting that those courses don't really offer much more than a well written hub about making money, or a tip or trick on things you can find on many linked hubs. If you find the right hub writer you'll find a more vast collection, more complete and holistic group of hubs on the same topic. Why buy one of their over advertised under explained courses when you can just do a search on Google or hub pages and find everything in the course on a hub, even laid out the same way, only instead of different booklets you get different hubs. AND when you write to the author he writes back, his motivation is money but not at your expense all he asks is you click his ad to help him continue to bring you content like this, in retrospect its brilliant as he's actually paying you (free course) to watch his infomercial, rather read his materials.

With Google and all the available free and well written information on any topic imaginable ESPECIALLY how to make money, why are people still buying these courses? Its not that they don't work, but they always lack a certain key ingredient, a certain course that you desperately need to make it work. I find however the free online courses contain this ingredient, and because their ploy isn't greed it's to help you, let Google pay them for their time, they aren't going to bs you with dreams of making millions right away. In fact the free courses never tell you this crap. The paid ones always do, and contain less information than some websites I've seen with the same exact data even written better for the layman!

I suspect the infomercial is a graduated system itself, evolved testimonial givers (those few who actually made it work now are the infomercial advertisers themselves as they realized why their mentor was doing the course as well as selling all his secrets.. because the bulk of the buyers will try and fail, and their secrets are safe right there in the open because unless someone uses the information their no threat or competition. If a few people make it that's ok too, they can be used for testimonials and business is great, the sales in secrets to those who'd not use them really make up for these testimonial people's taking a sliver of his market right?

So What is it These Testimonial Groupies Have that I don't? Why can they make it work but I'm having trouble?

I made it a mission to figure this out (and actually did years ago but am now putting this all together for you. Let's start with the facts of the infomercial that most people think are "scams" but in reality most of this infomercial is genuine, the only problem (and its a big one) is that the guy isn't thinking about the 90% of the people who will buy his course and fail when he's talking into the camera. He's talking to the 10% who will actually buy it and make it. He has no scruples about purposely ripping off the 90% by omitting certain major facts about using his product/course Lets review what I've found out

Infomercial Facts:

  1. The courses usually work, are chalked full of REALLY GOOD information, tips, tricks, and heads up. Things you wouldnt find easily without being in the market where that type of course was trying to help you get. The course usually are the authors real experience logged into a pretty well documented course that walks you through exactly what he went through, hence if he can do it so can you (thats the theory actually). The course is an excellent buy for the price he's selling it for, and it actually does do what it says, the course not the guy, although he does speak truth about his work, the you can make millions fast is a fabrication, an opinion based on HIS experience in the industry (he can make millions fast with no money down etc but he's seasoned, your not. His justification however is that with the hundreds of thousands of courses that are shipped their are several dozen "diamonds in the rough" extraordinary individuals with the right mindset and ambition, amazing patience, and incredible intelligence and ability to absorb change like a soda machine, who do from dirt poor conditions and a life of poverty and struggle find the courage, drive and perserverence to use the course, step by step and build an empire from it. These people are the testimonials on the infomercial and yes their real and telling the truth in their own words. Their are strict regulations that prohibit fabrication of testimonials, and you'll notice always have that tag line below their testimony that reads in very small and transparrent text *Results not typical. You could make more or less*
  2. The author is genuine about his ambition and really wants you to be able to take his course and make a million dollars and come on his show. In fact if you did he'd track you down and pay you to be on his show because you'd be an enigma of ambition that is a rare gem to find. But he's well aware that only a few of the thousands of courses mailed will ever be used for more than a month, and none will be returned as people always hold on to them with the hope that "one day" they may want to try again, when they learn more about the industry or something. I bought a course like this once and I didnt make the money because I wasnt ready (I'll explain why for its the secret of this hub) but I did however never forget what I read in those books, and they have served me in other ways in business than making me millions so it was still worth the money for me.. I since lost the books and really want them back, the one I purchased is no longer selling it! I believe it was called Make money now.. it was about amazing business concepts that are outdated because of the internet but could easily be rewritten for it (don lepre did this already)
  3. The house, the car, the girls on the hood, the money, the italian suit he wears on the commercial, its all his (well the girls are just there for the money or to be on a commercial), he got them by applying his course only he didnt have the course to follow he made the course up as he failed his way to success, the very thing he's sure he can save you from but secretely knows that if their were shortcuts he'd of taken them a long time ago but plays dumb on tv acting like you can just take the course and with no work or experience you can make millions "like he did" this course however does have the nuggets of information that a seasoned player could use to avoid the unneccesary pitfalls he went through
  4. He tells a convincing story because other than hiding the one major factor that makes you fail to execute his course with success, and yet their are a few who already have figured it out, thus when he tells the story of easy money using his course he's not lying hes just not talking to the 90% or more who this won't work for. He means what he's saying, and feels probably that if your too lazy to realize what your doing wrong when you get the course then you deserve to lose your hard earned money. He probably laughs off set and snickers the phrase in the dressing room: A fool and his money are soon parted, as he cracks open the fortune cookies branding that message with such irony.
  5. If you learned and mastered the concepts in this hub you will be one of the people who he IS talking to and someone who CAN absolutely make any of those courses work as they all have the same common denominator of missing "intel" that makes their course useless if you don't possess its wisdom (the missing chunk)

Preparing your mind to succeed:

  • Always ask questions!
  • Think more efficiently
  • Practice discovery
  • Be curious
  • Utilize creativity
  • Learn to write down your problems to get them out of your head
  • Sleep think (explained below)
  • Don't say can't ever! Say "How can I _____x"
  • Attitude of grattitude: Be grateful for what you got always and for what you get, or you block the energy

Questioning everything helps you keep a mental inventory of why you do things, why you enjoy something, why you feel your desires, why why why. By learning to ask questions you are not going to be an easy prey for manipulation. This alone makes you stronger holistically. When you feel manipulated your brain will give you all the clues and information so this wont just be a feeling it will be an educated guess.

A lot of people feel manipulated and they are being manipulated. Let's face the facts right now. EVERYONE EVERY DAY is being manipulated. By yourself (you have to manipulate those lungs to get the air into them right?) by your friends, by your parents, by anyone with an opinion that matters to you. It's not being manipulated thats the problem, its how your allowing people to do so without your permission. Another way to look at it is your giving them permission to use you then blaming THEM for being shady. Truth is they can try but you have absolute power over you and your actions, you literally have to give them permission to treat you any way possible they may try to treat you. If they yell at you and hurt your feelings, take responcibility for your part in the pain, you let them get to you, you gave them permission to hurt you.

But how do I not feel hurt when they yell at me? That's a reaction to their lack of politeness right? Sure, and they need to take responcibility for their being that way, but still they can't hijack your emotions, or stick their hand up your back and control you can they? No, you have to give them explicit permission. Let me tell you how you can stop giving them permission. Think ahead.

Let's take that apart shall we? they yelled you felt bad, involentary spirt of painful emotions.. hmm but.. did you program yourself to react to that kind of thing in a painful way? Absolutely? how? because you didnt learn from the last person who hurt you that way. You can't change anyone but yourself, you can try but you can't UNLESS they give you permission to do so. A strong person or weak is based on who gives permission freely and who says no. So back to the you can only change yourself. You do this by changing your REACTIONS to them.

By vurtue of how you react to someone it changes how they act towards you. You see you teach people how to treat you by rewarding good or bad behavior (Dr. Phil). If someone yells at you, and you cringe you just rewarded them for yelling at you, they won satisfaction of owning your emotions.. they hijacked them vurtually but in reality you gave them up freely and just didnt know it.

You have to stand up for yourself. If they yell at you, and you start to feel bad, change that feeling right now, reframe the stimulation/trigger, react purposefully or rather act don't react. Punish them for daring to talk to you that way, get mad but with some dignity, dont let them own your anger too!

Politely (at your level dont sink to theirs) say that is not ok, and I will not stand here and allow you to talk to me that way. If you never let them get away with this without a fight they will eventually stop. The other actually more powerful way, as they may react to your action and fight with you instead of getting the clue, is to simply NOT react to their yelling. Hide your emotions, dont act hurt at all, laugh at them and walk away, (then go cry if you need to get it out) show them they dont affect you and they will stop trying. People do what works.

I could go through all of Dr. Phil's life laws but at this point I'm going to ask you to go pick up his book Life strategies, its one amazing eye opener their are 10 life laws and as far as I'm concerned their 10 commandments.. break any of them and you suffer.. It's the new more explained version of the ten commandments which are simply life laws written a long time ago in a language thats too open for interpretation. This book completely pulled me out of the victim fire. You must have your mind set to strong, but thats just the antivirus part of it, theirs much more to cover.

People let others hurt them and it affects their whole mentality, you cannot be successful if your in the middle of a victim mentality. People know their being manipulated but because they don't have all the information, they don't act on it, and allow themselves to become victims. This mentality stops ambition in its tracks, for they develop the idea of "why even try if I'm going to fail?" Why would you fail BEFORE you try? I'd rather try and fail then not know..

never just assume you know the outcome of ANYTHING. That's just ridiculous. Would you say my chances are 1 in 3,000,000 of wining the lottery so why buy a ticket? not me, because one chance is still one chance at millions right? I think failing is less embarrassing than not trying, one way your labeled a go getter, the other your labeled get goer :) haha.. seriousely folks, let's use our heads.. whichis the whole point of this hub article.

This hub is designed to give you the jump off points to building your mentality into bullet proof success yeilding strength. I'll touch on many areas of needed upgrading in most people to achieve this. It is up to you to go find more information on these areas, but this is a good map of things you may not have realized are affecting your success or failure.

I can tell you this though, when your mental state is bullet proof, you can order any infomercial kit and make millions, it will be YOUR picture that has that line under it * Results not typical, you could make more or less* while your telling your amazing story using the no money down system to buy and sell realestate, or whatever picks your fancy.

It wont matter what course you pick you'll make it work, and realize its not the materials that are bunk, its the lack of awareness that mindstate is the key missing from everyone but those lucky few who do make money on the course materials advice! Does this excite you? it should.

Ambition is The fuel to your dreams

The other thing to note is ambition is a key ingredient to success (not the only but a big one). Infomercials courses more than not actually DO work, but you can't just follow the steps and expect millions; it takes a human component that they can't sell you.

They can however be more honest and tell you that without the mindset you won't make a dime, but that wouldn't sell kits would it? Those people who do the testimonials are those who have tuned up their minds, they exist with full comprehension of the human components necessary to make the course work for them. They have learned or acquired the wealth (also known as the success) mindset.

They always put "Results not typical. You can make more or less" at the bottom of the screen because although the system works (those are always real people who ordered or received the course and made it work) its not just do this and your rich.. Nothing works that easy. I find it misleading that they spend the whole hour telling you "how easy it is to apply this system" knowing that most people don't possess the training that is necessary to make it that easy (meaning they lack the discipline and thought control, or the wealthy mindset required) so they are essentially knowingly bsing you, and that tag at the bottom of the screen is there in almost transparency, and you read it without thinking about what it means.. Results not typical, not impossible if your disciplined which requires a certain mindset that doesn't let you quit.

It's essentially the same thing as a seasoned C++ programmer trying to sell you on programming languages he created from his experience working with C++ offering you the raw code and telling you, you can make amazing programs with this code, then showing you finished programs that took him years to make with a staff of other programmers, interaction with thousands of beta testers and so on and so forth, but on his infomercial he says its so easy a caveman can do it everything is here in this kit to make you a billionaire, and shows you his financial records for all his programs developed and sold (and he also went to college for 8 years to learn how to code in the first place) showing you checks for a million dollars, and his big house and Lamborghini parked out front.. then going on and on about how this code is the most incredible thing ever created.

Sure the code works and is magnificent but without the person having HIS mindset and experience in coding, years of school, practice, and coding skills this book of code is worthless to the layman. Now their will be a few people who have basic skills in coding (rags) and get the course knowing they will need to learn more about coding but when they do this code will be a gold mine for making and selling programs, so they take the classes and have amazingly ambitious goals to learn this skill set and lets even say they learn everything in 3 months time with laser focus and ALL of their free time learning with ambitious perseverance.. and they do use this code to build programs that no other code could do, then make millions and are put on the infomercial to show it works, and even if they say yea with some work and ambition this was pretty easy for us.. the truth is what they went through, is never revealed, and since to them it was fun, they loved code and had that mind that could "get it" faster, where the layman would see this as an excruciating process, so the infomercial isn't lying but they are omitting important information on what's needed to do this effectively and successfully. When the layman gets the code kit, no code schooling or instructions to how to learn to code, just code and a step by step instructions manual 3 pages deep that tells you insert code into program (included) and use the tools to create stunning applications (and the program is complex and non intuitive although on the commercial he makes a "quick" program that's highly functional and says see how long did that take me two minutes? then the couple who did it says yea, it was that simple (for them not you) *results unique. results not typical* means their not telling you something.

I often thought of making an infomercial kit that actually skipped the money, the bs, and showed people how to acquire the most valuable skill set ever, but because this requires work on your part most people won't want to try. But unbelievably they will go through pain staking processes of ordering, trying and failing to follow through, disappointment and so on, for YEARS instead of focusing for 6 months, actually working on their brain and be done with the limitations! Be able to take and be that person on the infomercial who made it work, to me that's worth more than anything.

My reason for writing this hub is to clear the air, I have no such course but with what you're learning here you could if you just tried research and find the information online with Google as I have used for my private university for years! I find it mildly entertaining also that all the info in those infomercial courses can be found FREE on Google searches! Not everyone wants to sell this information, some want to offer it free on a well built site and get paid for ad impressions and clicks by Google ad sense when the millions of people come to visit the page to learn the information, they could easily if they do it right make more than the guy doing the infomercial, and because his motivation isn't selling a kit he will actually teach you that it requires the mindset and will offer that training as well!

Thing is their advertising to rich people with the course but selling to poor people or poor mindsets, and their making it worse with the whole you could have a big house like mine thing. Because it sets up the one thing that rich people don't typically do.. an outcome. Outcomes are not goals, goals are projections of what you want so you can build a cause and effect relationship. Outcomes are solidified goal concepts that make people quit if they don't achieve it in a certain time frame. With the commercial ranting and raving on about the you can make a lot fast they set both grenades into one trap and when you a.) Don't make a million dollars in a month or b.) Don't get the big house or anything like it and feel glamorous then you think its sham and quit.

I wonder why they don't include a course in wealth mindset. Maybe their is a real reason. hey don't want competition but they know they can sell you their idea and you wont succeed, so they get your money and stay ahead of the game..

If you tune your mind, the ultimate way to activate ALL infomercial courses your interested in (no interest and you lack motivation), all dreams in your head, all aspirations you've ever had, become possible! Imagine seeing an infomercial on TV and realizing that although 95% of the world will not be able to do it, they will give up, not get half way through it or don't have the missing component, a focused and tuned mind, and realizing that YOU can, and so you wouldn't just take the first coolest one they advertised, you'd watch it with attention to if this is a system you'd enjoy, you realize it works and you could make millions with it, your question isn't will it work, but do I like how its set up.

The thing is nothing else matters if your mind isn't set to efficiently take in and regurgitate information, if you're not thinking for yourself, if you're not motivated by your dreams not by pipe dreams others pipe into your consciousness with fully ads. The course I think would be most valuable is a course on supercharging your mind to win at everything in life. If your minds not set up right, nothing will even matter you wont have ambition, drive, perseverance, or a winning spirit. A winning spirit knows that failure just gives you insight into what doesn't work, so failure is as necessary to success as success is to making you rich! Mind state is everything. What boggles my mind is that its not all that hard to do this. People spend amazing amounts of time worrying about systems and cheats but ignore the power source to your

By questioning your world you keep your mind active all the time, sharp, and answers come faster as this keeps your mind always exercising. Ironically this is less taxing to the thinking process due to efficiency.

My roommate just bought a new Mercedes and when she realized that the car required her to use premium unleaded gasoline she sighed in remorse thinking wow gas is already expensive so this sucks. Then I heard her murmur well it's a Mercedes I guess that's what you have to deal with. I couldn't believe her thinking. Me, I'd think it's a Mercedes so it is well engineered high tech and they know about the gas situation, and that it changes people's minds on what car to buy too. I looked it up and I was right. The truth is upon closer examination, a Mercedes is designed (this is a 2007 model) for maximum fuel efficiency.

The very design of this engine is so amazing it has 2 spark plugs per cylinder and a very complex fuel burning system that actually gets you a lot more miles to the gallon. the good gas is more pure, less corrosive agents, so it burns cleaner but it burns more efficiently too, more power less gas means the trade off of paying more actually will get you more miles and the costs pretty much balance out but your car doesn't get destroyed in the process as cheap gas is not very good for any car.

It goes to illustrate my point about not being a victim to your world, or a passenger, going with the stereotypical concepts, but actually thinking, firing on all 6 cylinders! (I know I'm going haywire with the car metaphors but its easiest to understand a complex concept with metaphors you can relate to easily.. I don't want you getting tired just reading about how to improve your success with thinking exercises!

Although she has to pay for a higher priced gas, the efficiency of the engine and the car as a whole (wind resistance, weight, tires etc.. ) actually makes it cheaper on gas overall even though she's paying the higher gas prices she's getting better mileage than if she drove a car that ran on cheaper gas because its not the price of the gas in the end, its the mileage for your money.

Thinking is the same way, if you train that muscle your thinking is more efficient, less taxing, searches become instant so the thinking curve is faster, your not wearing yourself out racking your brain because the answers just click.. Memories are formed more efficiently and accessed more readily.. Tuning up the thought process makes everything better.. in her car it requires the better gas because the cheaper gas is dirty and can corrode the engines sensitive parts.

In cheaper gas, less is actually burned off and less power extracted from the same amount of gas.. In premium gas which is more pure, filtered and chemically burns slower and hotter for more power from less gas, less foreign materials put through your engine you get more bang for your buck and the car stays running at full power longer so even in the long run the car will last longer and be cheaper to drive, even maintain!

The trick is wrapping your mind around the idea that theirs more to the cost of driving around town than just the component of gas. Your brain is more than just the component of thinking, if you train your mind your body follows. Since the body is controlled and maintained by the mind this is where you need to put your focus. Healthier thinking promotes healthier body function, negative thinking actually pollutes your body with corrosive chemicals and reactions, throwing off your metabolism and blood pressure just to name a few. The maintenance of your body after all that is not only costly which is more stressful (a vicious circle) but its also aging you faster.

When you work on your mind the rest is just resources. Too many people are calling their mind the resource to execute the infomercial system for example, when it should be that the system is just a plug n play systematic way to make money. The irony is that the infomercials are absolutely correct in that with the right mind state you could make millions with this system, but they neglect to tell you that it takes work, and it takes a prerequisite mind state that is rarely found in the poor, usually found in the rich where discipline is taught from birth in most households. Being wealthy is much more than just having money its maintaining it. Its a mind set, a whole way of thinking that's different from how the poor think. The irony is that those systems work for the rich, very easily as they show on the commercial, but the rich already know the system and don't need to buy it!

What's criminal is that they are selling a mindset of the wealthy, manifested in a course format, but they aren't telling you how that mindset is nurtured or created, just how to use the course if you're already there. They manipulate you with the dreams of riches and know you won't be successful; they wish you would be but know you won't be. A few people actually click on this fact, because maybe they read the right books and "got it" and changed their whole way of thinking, and they are truly rags to riches (using this course was just coincidence) success stories, however they had what the average Joe salivating at the ideals the commercial is stimulating in their desperate need for money.

The problem is discipline. If you want to be rich you can't think like a poor person thinks. Rich dad Poor dad is the most wonderful book written to explain this and Robert did this with amazing precision, it was for me the difference between perpetual ignorance laced with frustration and awareness and a chance to get there.

The one course in the world I respect is the Robert T. Kiosaki course because it doesn't teach you to chase money, It mentions rich only as a mind state and potential outcome if you learn "how to be rich" not how to make a million dollars. A person in the rich mindset can lose everything and get it back rather quickly. The mindset is about how to invest, how to use resources, and much more.. Most of which poor people rarely do. It's also about risk, which poor people fear.

it teaches you to chase investments and to learn the wealthy mind state, he says the rest will happen if you enter that state of mind and he's absolutely right. It's not an easy mind state to master if you've been in the other one all your life. It's counter intuitive but only because you've been trained to be poor.

Sticking to the status quo is how you stay poor. A rich person mindset would say yes I barely make enough to pay my rent, I'm living pay check to pay check and if this keeps happening I'll never get ahead, BUT and this is the difference between the other mindset that would just complain and feel hopeless.. the rich mindset would say, then I need to find a cheaper rent place to live, learn to live way below my means even if it means dirt poor and no going out for a couple years. I like how Robert says money is just a resource to get what you really want, so he teaches you how to acquire the mind state NOT the money. He does have courses for people who do acquire this mindset that shows them tips and tricks to making money but this is his advanced material, and he doesn't recommend you attempt it without the prerequisite mind state which he continuously mentions is the key to success not money! Robert was actually a poor kid from a poor family, his wealth today is the result of learning the rich mind state from his friends dad (hence the story rich dad poor dad) he's teaching you what his rich dad taught him (and what his poor dad did wrong and died poor and miserable).

This will allow me to save something and when I get enough to invest in something, mean while my entertainment will be to learn everything with a free education at the public library on investments (and now online is just as cheap and more vast information!). It's not your situation that dictates your potential, its your ability to sacrifice, to think differently and to be willing to change to achieve something different. Without change you're where you always were. Insanity states doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Well based not his definition I believe people are poor because their acting insanely. Don't be rigid, that's a trap baited in hell.

At first you'll be conscious of the questions, but in time you'll just feel like you do now only you wont take things for granted, when something seems "off" you'll get an intuitive feeling about it. Those who don't question, who subservient themselves to the systems of life, often gullibly become victims of manipulation, or even if they know they are being used and abused they become afraid to fight it as their not used to the answers coming quickly so the very act of trying to figure it out is daunting, and they quite often draw a blank and fall victim just out of fear.

Writing creatively is a great way to exercise your mind. Writing analytically is also great because it makes you constantly learn about your world through your own filters. When you write things down you read what you wrote and can actually see your filters in your writing!

The secret to activating your mind in every way is asking questions, not always wanting a quick answer, necessarily just ask questions all the time, your mind will work on the question in the back ground until it finds an answer and your answers come in aha moments!

Sleep thinking

When you're asleep at night your brain secretes a chemical cocktail that paralyzes your body so you don't physically interact with your dreams. Sleep walking disorders are usually about this chemical not being present or not having enough of it in your system to keep your body asleep. Adrenalin counters this chemical so if your in danger you can still wake up and get out of the building. Deep sleepers have an efficient (too much so in some cases and in others not enough) flow of this chemical in their system. Light sleepers who sleep perfectly have a balance of it.

Due to this while you dream your brain is less taxed by the body functions, the basics like breathing and blood flow of course are still taxing the brain but the difference of brain activity between waking and sleeping people is substantial. Because of this fact your mind has more processing power to think. Dreams for example are usually extremely intense, happening in fast forward at high velocities. So much is happening you only remember at best a tiny piece of the entire dream.

Usually the dream is not coherent what you remember is a symbolic representation of an event, or highlights of events and your mind puts them together into a coherent mix. Most people don't remember their dreams because their were nothing spectacular or learned for them to really remember. When you do remember a dream it's a big deal because the dream you remember is an answer to a problem, concern or inspiration!

Dreams are 100% symbolic but most people don't know what symbols mean in their dreams. The assume the red car was a car that was red but it could be that red was to them danger, the car could have been a symbol of their ambition, below I give you a brief procedure I use to decode or interpret dreams. It's not easy or intuitive at first but it is a learned skill. You can do it just to resolve a question or you can do it and practice it and you will gain an amazing new suite of skill sets in thinking efficiency.

Your life is all based on your perceptions, your thinking structures and so on, so to be successful you don't need to change your environment, you need to tune up your mind. One very easy way to do that is to learn to think while you're asleep. This is not taxing and doesn't interfere with your sleep patterns. You won't wake up tired. It just teaches you to process the hard problems while you're asleep where solutions and answers will be less taxing to you mentally, and while your awake you can actually spend more time relaxing, and handling solutions you learn in your sleep!

Theirs a technique called "sleep thinking" where by you prepare before bed by clearing your mind, then writing down a question, actually you write down all things that are bothering you big or small. From that list (write until you get writers block this will get it out of your head!) categorize them by importance.

on a separate sheet of paper (its important to do this manually, no computer or keyboard etc.. the act of writing down in pen or pencil actually does something in your mind, its like reverse automatic writing) write down the 3 top problems on your list, then write a paragraph about them each. Try to nail what the problem is not how to resolve it. This banks the details of the problems into the front of your consciousness.

Now from that list pick one. If you did this right one will stick out as more important than the other two. Meditate to that question and paragraph for a few minutes, try to visualize the problem and all things that make it up.

on another paper write down the problem this time as if your trying to sell it, make it a line like an eBay ad. This will psychologically separate the problem from you personally a little. Say out loud (and first write it down) I will solve this problem while I sleep; the answers will come to me. (This is the important part) ask: What do I need to do to resolve this problem? what's important is that its a question not how its stated, do what's comfortable to you.

meditate on this (saying it aloud or to yourself about 20 times trying not to lose patience and speed through it, you want to think about it. This should help you get tired and will drill the question in your subconscious mind.

Next put all the papers pens etc away and distract your mind. Watching TV is the best way, but Do not think about your problem anymore, if you start to change your thoughts. The act of letting it go puts your brain into research phase. when your ready go to bed and repeat the question in your head over and over till you fall asleep, make sure its a question!

When you fall asleep your mind will try to solve the problem. The exercise was designed to isolate one problem and to consciously decide to put the rest away, however they will still be worked on just not as predominantly.

You will dream about the solution or you may not, but when you wake up the next morning you should write down (or if you wake up in the middle of the night and had a vivid dream write it down) the dreams you had, then from your story isolate symbology that stick out, events that stand out etc.. Make a list of all the symbols that stood out, and with each symbol write down the first 15 things that come to mind when you say the word. Don't try to think, just write down as it hits your mind.

This will decode the symbol. Most symbols in our dreams have deep subconscious meanings we don't realize. By writing down everything that comes to mind it gets the obvious (usually incorrectly definition as perceived as what it was in the dream) out of the way and you will start seeing new definitions forming by about the 10th to 15 thing you write down. do this for each thing, i.e. if a car is a big deal to you, and also that its red do this for red and car separately.

Take these lists and look at each one. One of the words or phrases on your list for each word will stick out, write that one down on a separate piece of paper, next to the name you gave the symbol in the first place i.e. car or red. as you go through this process the dream will start to make sense in a new less obvious way than before, and your intuition will start to point you to the real meaning of the dream. You may find your solution there. Or you may understand other things that have eluded you, like that you were worried about something someone did but didn't know, just felt anxious.

The problem you meditated on will come to you either in the dream, or during the day in an aha moment when you least expect it. This is obviously a process that requires some discipline but if you practice it becomes second nature, in fact you wont even need the paper after a while you'll just wake up and the whole process will be habit, and you just get answers. this exercise develops your attentive mind, bridges your subconscious mine (where dreams manifest from) and your conscious mind. Strengthens your intuition and makes you think clearer and more attentively.

Never say can't say "How can I"

This was a popular thing to say in my household. I started this trend to give my step daughters a way to beat their own mind when it was allowing them to give up on things that should have been simple but to them weren't. To instill strength you need a foundation of stone to stand on, a stage that wont break. This phrase worked out very nicely, as it means a whole hell of a lot more than you'd think. It's a magic spell of success because it sets the stage, it builds amazing things from its power to control the minds thought stream on the fly.

Reprogramming your mind to replace "I Can't" With How "Can I" is powerful stuff!

Getting to know Riann was getting to know myself too

My first time as a "Daddy"

Allow me to tell you a story that is near and dear to my heart, then you can derive the lesson from this. I tell you this so you can relate to your own family in respect to the don't say "can't" phenomenon.

I come to believe parents really need to grasp and realize this concept with their kids as its all too commonly being ignored as if they were saying something slang like "dude" or "wasabi", terms that are benign, but can't IS NOT.

I see the struggle parents go through trying to get their kids motivated to learn but this one principal I believe will help a lot if they just do it the way I did, when you tell them you must lead by example! and you tell them when its potential to be proven is imminent, such as in the story below to illustrate my point.

Also the beauty of teaching your kids these principals and enforcing them (politely!) is that it becomes your own built in discipline to do them yourself! You have not only a good reason to "put yourself in check" but as they catch you making mistakes they help you stick with it. You must allow them to correct you in this regard, it shows them that your walking the talk, and empowers them to perfect it.

I don't know a kid alive who wouldn't want to be able to correct their parents without punishment or verbal lashing, but realize this is a very positive way to do it, and give in at the same time! It's a brilliant system that both you and your kids will see results from if you keep it up.

Once its a habit its very easy and your actually reinforced by watching others fail at it, but unfortunately you can't just drop the bomb about it to them, they have to be receptive so your example is the key way to do so.. I used to help Riann teach other kids by role play, they got curious as to what our "skit" meant and wanting to be like her (they saw her as confident and happy now) they just emulated her!

I don't want to tell you how to raise your kids I just want to help you see something that I did that literally transformed an angry lost little girl who couldn't grasp her world fluidly, into a happy, social butterfly with incredible optimism and drive to "try" more. You can literally see the difference in some of my pictures of the time before and after (although the initial pictures here are only the happy times :)

The birth of an era

This is a quote I really love (although I didn't make it up)

"Technology sufficiently advanced is indistinguishable from magic"

-not sure who said it. Although this idea is so simple, it can be considered as advanced technology because it's not being used by the general public so much, so it doesn't have as much of a general impact thus when one uses it and really applies it, it really feels like magic in resulting manifestations within and without into their general atmosphere.

When I met Tammy Riann was three, and she was pregnant with a new one (Hailey). She was previously married but got divorced and the "last fling" to see if the relationship could be patched up resulted in both the termination (for good) of the marriage and the birth of Hailey.

I came in and claimed them both as my own and we became a family. I always loved teaching but never really tried my mental muscles as a daddy so this was new for me. I loved it however, I realized that I was really good at parenting, and I loved those kids to death. I read a bunch of books on raising kids (to deal with Riann's constant attitude problem that was getting out of hand way before I came on the scene).

Riann and me (Jerrico)

"Can't never could but can keeps it fresh"- Jerrico Usher

O.k. so now I'm going to dive into the cant pheonminon more specifically, the formula is simple understanding it is best done by example. Since "can" keeps it fresh, how "can" I is just asking your mind how to make it fresh and what havent you tried. You'll find at first when you try to remove can't from your vocbulary you'll get stumped as no other word or sentence will fit. Theirs a reason for this, and this shows you how powerful this word has become integrated into everything you say!

when you get this down (not saying it but working around it with how can I) you'll know you got it down when can't is a vulgar word to even say. How can I also pushes your mind into a motion of forward, can't suggests that your cashing your thoughts from a check written in the past.

Riann and Hailey (2006)
Riann and Hailey (2006)

Background and the use of the "spell" for success

I was in a long term relationship a couple years back for over six years with a girl who had two children. I raised them both, Riann from two years old and Hailey from birth. Their now Seven and nine and really great kids. You'll see their pictures once in a while on my avatar in my hub pages profile...

Their so cute it's uncanny. When Riann was 3 she was struggling with everything, she said can't like it was a requirement in every sentence. I wish they taught don't say can't in school, it would solve a lot of potential problems let me tell you. This one phrase can actually block progress drastically. We have to realize the power of our words before we speak them or use them. If you say something negative you must say I take that back to cancel its energy.

I taught her from that early age not to say can't if she did, and change it to "how can I". I told her that can't is the keyword for locking up the brain (I told her in baby language) and stopping all new ideas for resolving whatever it is. How can I, however is a question and the mind works wonders when you "ask" it questions, verbally or just thinking it. How can I opens up and stimulates the research center of your thinking process in unbelievable ways! Ask and ye shall receive mean you must ask questions to get the inspiration, to motivate the brain to seek out solutions dynamically.

I'll never forget how she used this for the first time. She was in the hallway I was watching TV in the living room; I heard her trying to open the bathroom door which to her was a real challenge. She barely could reach the door knob! She tried several times then said, rather screamed daddy I can- then she stopped herself (I was impressed) then said (in quite a cute Shirley temple sort of way actually) How can I... their was a pause then a "Click" as the door popped open...

I may not have been these kids birth father but I took care of them as if they were my own blood and they called me daddy since the real dad wasn't around much... The amount of pride I had in her, how proud I was when she did that was truly inspiring to me. She ran into the living room and with the excitement of Christmas morning said "it worked it worked!"

Her strength was starting to show when others opinions didnt change her mind.. she knew from experience that can't was a bad word..

From then on she replaced the terms accordingly. She struggled at first, after all can't was a big part of her routine vocabulary... By 4 years old she was correcting others and even in school when I thought oh boy the kids are not going to understand that can't is a four letter word.. and they didn't, they gave her a lot of flak, even went home to ask their parents if this was a bad word and of course society doesn't really realize the damage "can't" can inflict on a budding brain, they came back telling her she was wrong.

She didn't falter however; as a year of trial and error proved to her that it WAS true. I loved how she would correct me when I lost my path and said can't.. But teaching her little sister from the time she could talk to do this was my grandest amazement, for she did it on her own.

I learned long ago that the way you think controls the way new information is stored. Words and thoughts have tremendous value. A word can stop a thinking process or jumpstart it, a habit of converting negative words into positive sentences is very powerful, for no one will get it right all the time, especially because when everyone around us, on TV, in books, in articles are saying can't you may read that and think they should say how can I but yourself may slip due to the constant stimulation of the word. Making yourself convert it keeps you sharp, so even when you say it, it's triggered to the how can I concept.

Control your thoughts and control your life. Think of it like your computer, the operating system, the browser, the software and hardware collectively are like your mind, the outside world (hardware outside software inside) the input you use, the way you type, the way you move things around, how you open and close applications, what sites you "choose" to visit and interact with, how you interact with people.. all these things are based on one common denominator. Thought control. If you control your thoughts you can do amazing things with these resources. It all starts in your head, your mood, your inspiration, your processes. This hub started out as a thought and became inspiration to anyone who reads it and heeds its message.. but still thought controls how you take it too!

............Can't Looks like this

Riann
Riann

Can't stops thinking up new solutions causing frustration

Can't is an ugly word producing limiting and negative body language... and halts all thinking towards a solution.. it also fosters the concept of procrastination since frustration sets in and nobody wants to feel that way.

Can't is far from JUST a word, its far from benign, and its worse than any other vulger four letter word, even the F- word. Words have impactful meaning, they vibrate at a certain rate, its one of the reasons when you hear an "offensive" word it makes you feel bad. Those words are easy to distinguish as "sour" to your system and livelihood, but can't is a more elusive word that's been given very little press and a reputation for a trouble maker, instigator or the like.

Can't has been reprogrammed by society and accepted as a general and benign word. People say it all the time and think nothing of it. It is not apparently a bad word for it has no instant reaction. It's not intoxicatingly negitive like the F- word or the B- word, but this C- word is far more manipulative.

"How can I" works like an antivirus Hologram

Can't is an instant "Trojan horse" causing havoc like a virus, to your subconscious. It's fast acting like an alkacelsor, quickly dissolving into your internal dialogue but seemingly invisible it quietly but powerfully starts to grow doubt and like a weed it is hard to remove if left un moderated, or even worse if its said over and over like Riann used to do it can cause tremendous self esteem corrosion. It becomes an affirmation to give up when overused too!

The "vaccine" is "how can I" because doubt is just lack of awareness or knowledge, questions cause solutions to appear as if by magic but this particular question based on how the words vibrate had a powerful effect.. The difference between a hundred solutions and just one.

In short this all too common phrase is a powerful affirmation that makes you quit trying! When you go to a job interview for example the very THOUGHT of the word can't causes a chain reaction of body language that tells the interviewer that your not confident enough for the job. What you may not realize also is the thought processes also cause negative neuro-peptiedes to form and release and flood your blood stream. Neuro-Peptides are chemical cocktails the brain creates when you think and releases to the body. When you say or think I cant your drinking a Negative cocktail which is what causes the emotions to become estranged from your desires, and body language reflects your drunk with fear and worry or frustration. (Source: "What the bleep do we know" movie/Documentary I suggest you go see it its an amazing movie!)

....How can I looks like this (notice the thought process in her eyes?)

"How Can I" is uplifting, Inspiring, thought provoking, really triggers the brains ability to think, and come up with a solution. Creating this simple trigger to activate when things seem impossible provokes amazing power most people didn't realize they had!

How can I is a general but powerful question because it's like a pair of shoes that matches ever outfit in your closet, you can add anything behind it and it just works. How can I get intelligent and beautiful women to find me? vs I can't seem to attract women who like to communicate with me. Try this. Find something in your mind right now tha
