The Unexplainable Store is an online store that sells audio files called binaural beats that you download to your computer or mp3 player and that help you to sleep, relax, lose weight, enhance your memory etc. The store has been around for around 7 years so they are an established business although I had only just found them myself online when I was looking for ways to learn to relax and new easier ways to help me meditate. I have suffered from anxiety for most of my adult years so finding something that would keep my stress levels down was my aim.

I was a bit sceptical at first because I wasnt sure what binaural beats were, but it seems that it works by broadcasting two separate frequencies in each ear by way of stereo headphones. You need to lie down or relax in a comfortable chair in a quiet place. Now this bit was going to be a challenge as my place is always noisy. I found though that the music was lovely and relaxing and the whole experience very pleasant.

If you go to the site you can order a free 10 minute sample and I found it was a good way to try to see if you like what they offer first although the first time I tried them out I did take around 6 minutes to be able to relax enough and concentrate so you do get a better deal with the full versions. I felt myself relaxing though even with the sample version so expect pretty effective results from the full versions as you really do go deeper.
