Biocentric Energy- RWE Symbol (BEHL) An idea too good to fail!
70merger update BEHL Merges! http://www.rwenergies.com/
This company is going forward. It is a matter of time.If you have some extra money laying around, I suggest you get it out. This opportunity
is unique for several reasons. Normally, when a company is merging, expanding ,inventing and is on the cutting edge of a new growing technology, the share price would rise. That is what you would think.
In the case of Biocentric energy, the opposite has happened. I do not think this will last for long, and allow me to explain why.
I bought this stock in June. It was selling for less than 0.003 cents a share. There business is growing algae, which is converted to fuel and nutritional supplements. They caught people's attention, and had a meteoric rise to .15 cents! It was at this time, market insiders manipulated the stock down, in order to short sell the stock, and do mass accumulations of shares.
As of this writing, it has settled down to 0.014 cents a share. Still far above my entry point, but a HUGE bargain. Biocentric has merged with Renewed World Energy, another energy company, secured 6 million in orders and made a host of improvements since the time I bought. In short, this company is stronger now, at 0.014 a share, than it was at 0.15 a share. That , my friends is what I call a bargain.
Clean cheap energy is the way of the future. This company has solid leadership, in a progressive no nonsense CEO , Dennis Fisher. A few hundered bucks invested now, could make for a rosy future indeed! .. Research the company for yourself..I would write more, but I am going to buy more shares now!

This company will be huge!!!!!
Thanks for a nice hub.
thank you sukhera
This does look massive, i'll keep an eye out on the stocks values for the next weeks.
Thanks Pisco! Yesterday they just received a 500,000 dollar research grant,, and about an hour ago they announced their first huge sale! Id pick up a few shares, if I had a little extra change!
a Very interesting read! Who knew that algae was actually a disguised goldmine! I'll be keeping an eye on these people.
Thanks Jon: More big news from them today!
You weren't kidding when you were talking about Algae for energy!! OMG! It's way above my head....plus, the stock stuff's confusing. Guess you think it's odd that I'm posting so late, or early in the morning. That's what a butt shot of steroids'll do for ya along with 2 crisis calls.
Lol Thanks.(ouch) the shot!
I'm a bagger who bought in at .12, but with the prospective merger I should make more....right? Do you know how it works? Thanks
Yeah john..What Behl is proposing is 1 bonus share in a new company for every 10 shares you own. The good part is, you get to keep your Behl shares as well.which now they are saying is going to stay the same basic co. The new co would be selling the product, the old company the extractors..Atleast that is how I see it. Many people bought in at 10 to 15 in that 2 day span, but you will be just fine if you hold it..imho! Gl, John!
Algae were good benefits, good information
I read something interesting about Animal Feed. Cows are fed corn to fatten them up quickly. They stand in pens ankle deep in their own feces all day long eating corn based feed. Corn in a Cows Stomach (Rumen) promotes the growth of e. coli. in nature cows do not eat corn, they eat grass. If you put a cow on a grass diet their digestive system doesn't promote the growth of e. coli. This is interesting because with high amounts of e. coli the cattle require high antibiotic ingestion. This creates strains of bacteria that are resistant.
So the engineering of foods brings along these unforeseen consequences.
So Alge may seem like a great investment. What happens when some environmental or bacterial disaster comes along later down the road as a result of engineering it to do something nature did not intend it to do?
Hard to say. If only there were a way to determine the outcome of such an unknown.
No risk, no reward. Lots of energy alternatives will come into play. Will be interesting to see how many people vote with their dollars for which energy source.
interesting read! .. hopefully BEHL will take off like the other Florida-based competitor PetroAlgae (ticker: OTC:PALG).. I'd buy some shares if it's under 2 pennies/share. Because right now, i've invested all of my life savings into Nutra Pharma (ticker: NPHC).
Thanks sky! Perhaps I'll get some of that as well.. would not mind deversifying , for I believe so in the tehcnology!

I've been following the algae industry for several years now, and while many exciting things have occurred withing the industry, it's like a modern-day gold rush. A lot of companies just come and go in a flash. About every company in the industry is guilty of making exaggerated and unsubstantiated claims about the potential of algae, and what they will be able to do with it.
Nevertheless, algae has an enormous amount of real potential to become an important part of the economy, in many ways within the next decade.
Still, no-one has solved the real-world productivity and cost issues. In my opinion you shouldn't consider investing in any algae company that hasn't seriously demonstrated solutions to those two issues.
Well, I appreciate that approach..but people have invested in many technologies before they came to fruition. If no one invested in the companies now, where would they get their funding to become viable. I agree that you do not want your retirement in a start up company, but I still maintain that folks with a few hundered extra bucks, could buy in to the ground floor of something that could be huge! Thanks for your comment, Mike
mike,
the problem with BEHL is that ur never certain when this company will run out of donations & research dollars.. to keep it going, more money needs to pour in..
On the contrary, Nutra Pharma (ticker: NPHC) has $3 million cash plus another $8 million marketing campaign that's rolling out early Nov' 09 to early 2010.. the outlook is enormous as it's Cobroxin is the only stage 2 OTC pain reliever on the market.. it's making tremendous BUZZ in the biotech world for winning the "BEST NEW PRODUCT 2009" award 2 months ago.. Tylenol, aspirin, Aleve, Motrin all only treat mild-mod pain with side effects such as liver damage (tylenol) and stomach ulcers & bleeding (Aspirin, Motrin, Aleve)..
Cobroxin (made from cobra venom) has virtually no side effects other than double-vision if overdose in tremendous amounts.. visit the NPHC blog here:
http://messages.finance.yahoo.com/mb/NPHC.OB
and find out why hundreds of others are pouring their life savings into this monster blockbuster Cobroxin and its cousin drug Nyloxin (to be released next year)..
also visit: Nutrapharma.com for press releases, Cobroxin pharmacology presentation slides, etc..
good luck
sky
ps: thus far, i've invested over $109,000 in NPHC.. and still pouring in money every 2 weeks when I get paid..
by the way, here's an excellent read on NPHC that i'm sure will convince some investors:
Mike, I hope you didn't misunderstand me. I'm not saying, "Don't invest on the ground floor", or even, "wait until they come to fruition". There is a lot that a company can do to show they have a solution to productivity and cost issues, without actually going and building a plant.
The US Federal Government awards SBIR (Small Business Innovation Research) grants to companies who demonstrate their capability, and awards for the first phase are simply to help a company show that their research is feasible. If they cannot demonstrate feasibility, they will not qualify for further grants toward that technology. Further grants are available for a series of additional steps toward continued development and commercialization.
Private investors should set similar benchmarks for themselves, and invest only in companies that demonstrate that they really have a viable solution. If you are not familiar with the industry or technology, then get educated and find someone who is both familiar and independent to consult with before investing. Too many investors fall for wild claims that have little to no basis in reality, and too many companies in the field of Algae for energy, have made far too many exaggerated and bogus claims.
It doesn't matter whether you are investing millions or just an extra hundred bucks, you can greatly improve your odds by simply getting educated, counseled, and doing your research before investing.
An example of a company that I believe is developing its technology in an ethical manner, not that I think that BEHL or NPHC aren't(I don't know enough about them), and has substantiated its claims, is Carbon Sciences. Ticker symbol: CABN.OB. This technology by the way, poses a huge obstacle and threat to most algae energy based companies, on the very basis of productivity and cost.
My experience suggests that the greatest potential for algae lies in areas other than energy.
Good DD Carbon is anexcellent company with good mgt.. That is what I like about Behl as well..Fisher is a dedicated guy! Great feed back! Thanks so much!

if "Getting there" believes that for short term outlook algae yields growth in places other than energy, then check out ticker: CERP.OB
; Cereplast Inc transformed algae into bioplastics and is penetrating into the 200 million consumer brazilian market with its compostable® line of Biodegradable Plastics.
Read all the headlines here:
Mike NV Well that is always a possibility..but..as with every medicine, energy source, vacine there is always a "what if factor.. Consider Phen -Phen or thalidimide..Your argument would have been spot on.... However.. consider the salk sabin polio vacine. or antibiotic they were at one point unknowns as well. Thanks for reading!
Mike, I read about algae and its ability to soak up polutants, and that algae then processed into oil. I'll see how much I can afford, but I am highly enthusiastic about the BEHL venture. Good luck!
Mik ! Good point that I omitted..Algae absorbs CO2.. Thanks for that!
Thetre are few viable green forms of available energy, algae is the exception.
well put thanks Bob
