The Woolston Hotel

A luxury new hotel being built in the heart of Bradford to fulfill the demand for top quality travel and business accommodation.

The Woolston Hotel will offer 145 rooms. 130 rooms will be double rooms with wet bar, work station, state of the art multi media and luxury bathroom suites. There will also be 15 larger rooms on the penthouse level which will be interior designed in keeping with the art-deco feel of the Cognac bar, these executive rooms will also have terracing and balconies with views of the city. Upon completion in 2010 rooms rates are expected to be in the region of £100 per night for the double rooms and £150 for the executive rooms.

The hotel will also have 3 high spec multi-media meeting rooms two of which will host 8 delegates and 16 in the larger.

The Hotel will offer two bars, the hotel bar and bistro located on the ground floor and The Cognac Bar located on the penthouse level offering a blend of stylish art deco interior design with the most luxurious brands and views over the City

THE WOOLSTON GYM

Located under the stunning Woolston Warehouse the gym will be set out over two floors and will offer state of the art fitness facilities to The Woolston Guests, Woolston Warehouse residents and a select membership.

The luxurious pool complex will offer The Woolston Guests and Woolston

Warehouse residents a stylish spa feel swimming pool with Jacuzzi and Sauna facilities. This will make The Woolston the only hotel in Bradford offering these amenities

THE COGNAC BAR

The Cognac Bar located on the Penthouse of The Woolston Hotel. The bar will offer an opulent destination for the more defined clientele currently un-catered for in Bradford. The bar will mix design from the luxurious art deco period with some of the finest brands in wines and spirits, as well as show casing some un-tapped local gems.

The bar will offer a panoramic terrace bar with views over the varied Bradford skyline that will be simply amazing by night.

With the executive rooms and meeting rooms on the same floor these will combine with the Belvedere to create an unrivaled corporate entertainment facility.

THE SHEARLINGS RESTAURANT

The Shearling Restaurant located on the ground floor of The Woolston will offer traditional quality restaurant fair as well as offering the best in English breakfast options. The restaurant will also however offer a specialist lamb menu in keeping with the buildings history and the heritage of Yorkshire. The Shearling Lamb menu will be produced with local produce and offer seasonal recipes such as braised lamb shank, Moussaka and the traditional roast rack of lamb. The Shearling Restaurant will not only provide an excellent facility to the hotel but also an opportunity to develop a destination venue in its own right.
