The human resources management will intervene in the company on many levels:

  • The individual level, helping each to achieve their personal objectives and thus increase their satisfaction at work;
  • the organizational level, incorporating each one in order to contribute to the objectives of the organization itself;
  • the social level, as an individual done contributes to social welfare.

Within the human resources management can distinguish different types of task:

  • Administrative Management - the routine activities, like in any business, mainly stemming from the fulfillment of legal obligations: enrollment in social security, treatment of attendance, processing fees, maintenance of updated files of all staff. These matters are mentioned in the Contract of Work.
  • Technical Management - activities specifically for each company develops its human resources and policies to stem further global action: recruitment, selection, training, concern for the welfare and management of conflicts.
  • Strategic management - interventions at the highest level of definition of business policy, considering human resources as a competitive advantage.
