I first came up with this idea, very early on and wanted to work it out in my head first before sharing it with everyone here.

The idea is simple, it's a challenge to me and a challenge to all others who are interested in the area of affiliate marketing and want to earn an income online, the challenge being is what if you had an idea and had to place strict deadlines and goals for yourself to get that product or service out there, so that you could start earning the moment you put out your business stall.

How fast could you bring in real online income from the moment you started to track your results?

Would it be realistic to expect lots of cash that will come pouring in or would it be more realistic to assume that you will earn not alot for your troubles?

I'm throwing out there an open ended (but time limited) challenge to all who can earn and start earning good income online and prove it, setting yourself some realistic targets to achieve, the project starts January 1st 2008 and ends January 1st 2009, this gives enough time to measure our results and a realistic timeframe to build your first product or service if you haven't already done so, but for the purposes of this project I expect you to build a product or service entirely from scratch so that you can really track your campaigns and keep all the proof to show us when the time has arrived - you could write a hub as a journal of your activities and all the obstacles you faced along the way.

I really think this project will be of benefit to the serious people out there that want to succeed and actually earn a profit online, instead of going from one earning opportunity to another.

How cool it would be to know that someone who takes up this project challenge actually starts to earn from their own products or service that they no longer promote garbage links to affiliate stuff anyone and everyone is promoting, although there are some great affiliate programs out there, it is widely considered that having a product of your own under your belt can be highly beneficial to your affiliate marketing campaigns online.

So having said this let the project commence, bear in mind there are no prizes for participating in this project, only the thought of knowing you can really earn an income online if you put your mind to it!
