Do energy drinks give you the energy you need to get through your active day? Most research suggests not. Although many of the drinks will give you a boost in your energy level it is not a long lasting effect. And you have to be careful of the calories in these drinks. Constant consumption will lead to weight gain if you are not careful. And remember too that caffeine, although the less of most evils, is addicting as well.
