Ladies and gentlemen, the chair shot is a force of mankind.  It is a very devastating move in professional wrestling that when done correctly, looks AWESOME and hurts like hell.  It is something that should not be done too often, however, needs to be brought back to the sports entertainment world. 

Part of myself believes that Vinny Mac has some humanity and has turned the chair shot into a stigma of sorts.  The other half of me wants to see someone catch an AWESOME one.  So I have to look back through the archives to sate my appetite for destruction.

Looking back over the years I remember a ton of AWESOME chairshots and I would like to compile a list, if you will provide the time these videos are worth the watch.

 I apologize for the gritty quality of that video, however I think that was the best chair shot ever.  I saw this clip many times during ECW's ORIGINAL days, when it was on basic cable. 

 So, that was somebodies from the CZW.  However, Rob Van Dam invented that spot but I cannot find a suitable video featuring it. 

 Damn, that has to hurt.  Imagine the headaches you wake up with the next morning?  I guess the best part of waking is up is a concussion. 

 Ok, so that was kind of cheating but it goes to show what carnage comes about when one man asks for a chair.  Terry Funk, Cactus Jack, and I believe those two unfortunate souls underneath the chairs are The Public Enemy.  God bless their souls.

Shit. Now, thats a fucking chair shot. Usually when you take a chair shot, you use your hands to protect your face.  This guy took it straight to the face.  That's gotta hurt.
