Do Anti Aging Creams Work?

Ever since the days of Alexander The Great people have been in search of the legend of the fountain of youth. The legend was passed down to a the Spanish explorer whose search for the Fountain of Youth landed him on what we now call Florida. It is still believed today that the Fountain of Youth is located somewhere in Florida. Maybe that is the reason so many people make Florida their retirement home. Unfortunately the search for the elusive anti aging fountain has not been found. The only formula that works is still exercise and good nutrition.

Exercising on a regular basis is one of the most important activity that you can use to fight the effects of getting older. Regular exercise not only enhances your outer appearance, it is also good for your heart. The simplest exercises can go a long way towards your overall health. Walking is a form of exercise that most people neglect, but it is a fact that taking a walk after a big meal can greatly reduce your chances of obesity. The legend of the fountain of youth lives on everyday in the gym, in the park, or even in the comforts of your own home.

There are several products in the marketplace nowadays claiming to have the answer to restore youth. The most popular products are anti aging creams, but the question is do anti aging creams work? The answer I more often than not receive for that question is an resounding no. In addition to exercise the most effective anti aging formula is nutrition.

Taking control and educating ourselves on the best foods we need to live a healthier lifestyle is a must. Before changing your diet, I strongly recommend doing a total body detox. A detox will help relieve your body of all the impurities that your body has been storing.

For Those of you who still believe in the legend of The Fountain of Youth good luck with the search. For those of you who don’t have the time to search, there is always exercise and good nutrition.
