I'm going to break this hub into two parts. Their are two very distinct parts to this formula for making money online (or anywhere for that matter).

Part one will be about attitude, beliefs, mental strength, etc.. Part two will dive into the butter of the online monopoly game (like the board game, you play from a fixed position but can put your hotels and houses on the board, and you own properties (sites, sales pages, squeeze pages (for list building) etc..) but no matter who you are, where you start you have an equal amount of opportunity to become rich!

If you don't have your head on straight then you won't be able to succeed no matter how much you know, what resources you have, or how much money you pour into it. Attitude is most of the formula. Resilience, open mindedness, willingness to learn, to think outside the box and change what you believe to align yourself with the winning formula is paramount to your success. Once your attitude is right, the rest is downhill.

It is actually incredibly easy to make money online. It is a formula, actually their are many winning strategies, that you can use over and over but the trick is to maintain the right disposition, patience, and persevering spirit. You must not get lazy or stop learning. You need to possess writing skills, creativity, and some basic things like a way to receive money, and a way to purchase domains, web hosting (although you don't necessarily need to purchase these things at first).

In part one I will relate my experiences and how I understand the mental state needed for success. In part two, I will dive into the actual formulas for making money online. Without part one part two is useless as a bad infomercial. What this hub is about and some history of how I arrived here

Hi my name is Jerrico Usher and I'm a webEarn-O-holic and budding Netrepeneur (hi Jerrico). I have been addicted to generally playing on computers and the internet since about 1998 and over the years have developed and refined my skills in thousands of areas that serve me well today to make money online, to design things, to generate products and to do just about anything I need.

I've amassed an amazing arsenal of skills in just about every online area their is. I'm known as the jack of all trades master of many. People come to me for a lot of things mainly advice. I've studied psychology to death, the mind, music, web design and a million other things for various reasons but the universe had a plan for me all along I'm finding.

Until recently I have been carrying around the burden of knowing about too much and annoying people with my analyzing everything (and thinking people would be interested as I am with how things work). I've always been addicted to learning about how the world works, its an unquenchable thirst of mine but it needs an outlet as well as an inlet. I HAVE TO formulate what I learn into hubs, articles, blogs, something- or I end up annoying people trying to teach things... this became my necessity and now it's how I earn my living!

Trust me I'm not bragging, I don't need validation or anyone's approval or praise, I'm making a very valid and important point that many of you are also going through, so pay attention, I hope to unlock something important most people don't realize about themselves.

I will take you through my experiences for a few pages to show you some incredible things that may show you through relating (I know their are a lot of "me's" out there, you know the know it alls, the educated/intelligent types who have an uncanny need to become an entrepreneur, inventor or something because we just know we can be rich if we just learn to use what we know somehow) that you possess the power to earn incredible money online you just don't know how the game works yet.

I used to think it was about having a bomb ass product to sell, but the truth is you don't need ANY product at all. Their are already millions out there you can sell without owning it at all. Refering someone to a product is not like it was before the internet, referals are PAID for in this age. Unless your just giving it away.

My point here is that the internet is rich with people DIYING TO PAY YOU for the referral. This is a very real opportunity and the internet allows you to tell hundreds of thousands and if just 1% of those 100,000 people buys guess how much you make? Do the math. 100,000 divided by 1% is = 1,000 people x 60.00 = 60 Grand ($60,000.00 in your pocket). (I'll explain this functionally later)

You have to learn to think differently, change what you're used to because this requires you to think outside the box. Think about it this way, if you keep doing what you've always done, if you continue to comprehend the world as you always have.. You will continue to get what you always got. To achieve a different out come, i.e. become wealthy.. You have to change everything to align with a different outcome- Money.

One thing you will need to change for example is referring people to something cool you saw online. STOP telling people about products for free!Companies selling these products pay 60% of the money they get from the sale you referred to them. They pay you through paypal or clickbank using a special link you set up when you establish an affiliate account with them.

Whats ironically funny is the link you pass onto your friend who then buys the product because he too thought it was an awesome product.. was probably an affiliate link and YOU just made SOMEONE ELSE 60.00 when you could have kept that money... ignorance is not bliss when it costs you 60.00! Their are people right here on hubpages that do this every day.. they just don't know how much money they've given away. Hubpages is one place that you can get free traffic to affiliate links by the way.

So for example if a company has a downloadable course in how to make money online and you show someone that course via your affiliate link, and they buy, not only did you help them find the great course you yourself bought and LOVE, but you get 60.00 commission just for showing them where to get it. This is only one way to make money.. I will unleash all I know soon enough on List building marketing, adsense sites and more later.. for now we need to focus on shifting your understandings of things so you can even percieve the potential.

Many people have done this once or twice, but didn't realize their are ways to do this on a massive scale FREE that can generate thousands of dollars in income per month! Going to a crappy job for less than 2 grand a month will seem rediculous to you when you get your first check from doing this trust me.

Imagine this on a larger scale where one email (not spam mind you) sent out to your opt-in list of members to your newsletter (more on this later) could generate 3,000.00 a month.. Its because 40% is better than 0% had you not shown them the "lead". Its a cheaper way to get other people to advertise your product for you.. 60% is a good incentive and they will sell many products because of the efforts of all the marketers (you and others who learn how to do this).

I'll clue you into this later.. Just giving you an appetizer of what's to come. No BS I promise.

I know alot of companies have made ridiculous claims, you've seen alot of infomercials with equally ridiculous claims, I will need you to realize that many of the things they talk about in the courses were real techniques that work, but their ridiculous sales pitches and bad promises have tainted these very good opportunities.

You will need to recalibrate your understandings of some of the things you may associate with these things. Like spam, no one likes spam but if someone says hey send me any information on making money online, but make sure its the real deal ok? Then getting an email you asked for is not spam, alot of people do this actually and it is in no way viewed as spam to the people opting in to these "lists" their called.

When they do this they expect (and you provide it) to recieve quality information on making money online. So for example lets say this hub here was an email newsletter.. if your reading this and getting alot out of it then this would be a great opt in list to be a part of, because as a member you'd get this type of email once a week for example. What makes this valuable to you is that if this was being sent to an opt-in list of people it would also include links to products that helped them to do what I'm explaining.

I.e. I'd have a link in here somewhere to a great course about how to learn to build lists. Although the newsletter alone is valuable they may want to get more info on the list building I told them about, and if they clicked the link and bought the course I'd make money. I didn't pitch it to them, I didn't even try to sell it to them, I just suggested it, and to maintain my reputation (so I can sell things in later newsletters) I would only suggest/link to decent products/courses.

If I link someone to a peice of crap course they would immediately opt out of my list because it would make all my information worthless.. credibility is everything. But if they bought this course and it helped them they'd not only stay on my mail list they'd buy more things. See how it works? It's alot like television without the annoying commercials.

They get to watch the program (read the ezine newsletter on something their interrested in, its quality and even worth paying for but is free!) but instead of a commercial their are just a few links in strategic spots for more information on something you talked about. Its very non-invasive and 11% average of your list will click it and buy! It costs you nothing to send an email!

I'll go into this lucidly later but you will have to change alot of things and reserve judgments until you read the full set of info or you may not reach the information open minded. Realize I'm not trying to sell you on it. I'm just sharing what I've learned, I just don't want you to short change yourself based on judgments and closed mindedness caused by Jerks who had no clue and could only see dollar signs.

You truly don't have to scam people to make money, their are HELPFUL ways to do it- win win. If the newsletter is written well it could entice people to buy several products. I don't own the products I just suggest they check out the site for more info.. and if I have a huge list I may get from one email broadcast to my list thousands of dollars in my paypal!

I have always lived by the concept that if anyone else can make millions online then so can I. Most multi-millionaires that made their money online did it with 2.00 in their pocket when they started.. And I have more than 2.00 so I'm ahead of where they were. I'm just coming into the information I've always wanted to know.. Information I will share here over time (this hub will be updated as I progress).

Realize that the only difference between me and that other guy or you and that other guy is that he took action in a sequence of events.. and YOU CAN TOO. Nothing has changed about the opportunities he has, in fact its gotten easier, more lucrative and their are more resources in place because THAT millionaire now helps us reach these heights while taking a piece of the action to offer you this resource!

You have to learn to crawl before you can walk then run, so this first part is showing you how to build the mental foundation IMPERRATIVE to your success. You have to know how to fail to succeed. Their are no exceptions to this rule. If your life is hard then you should consider yourself lucky, because you're in the best position to succeed!

Sadly however, until this year I had no idea how to use my skill sets to make money online but I am quickly learning that everything I've worked on was not wasted in fun and humoring myself, as what I'm learning these days is showing me these skill sets are going to make me very rich soon.

O.K. since I'm not attempting to write an infomercial here I won't load you up with a bunch of BS pictures of the home you "could" have or the money you "could" make. I hate that crap. I hate going to some how to make money in real-estate or anything else lecture that is 90% showing you enticing images of their homes and cars but the real requirement is they need your 30.00 a month to sustain their pyramid scheme.

I show you the pictures of my home to show you that you don't have to be wealthy to have a wealthy life style if your creative. I found a home to live in where I have full house privileges and use of everything, I have the same privileges as my roommate/home's owner/friend, but I pay a measly 800-1000 a month including bills to live there.

The true wealth here however isn't living so phat I can bring women over and they will drool, its that this environment allows me to shoot higher for myself. It inspires me, and my roommate is always connecting with all the right people in the world and I get to meet them. My roommate hung out with bill gates, she knows actors, and one of the actors that came over yesterday actually met with George Lucas at Skywalker ranch to discuss his new movie.

This doesn't make me cool by association, my point is that I'm exposed to incredible resources, people, and opportunities that I'd never see renting a room in the ghetto, or living at home with mommy.. I earn my living online writing blogs and articles, but anyone in any job can afford 1,000 a month. Their are plenty of homes out there like this that are BETTER for the same money.

Your environment is very important to your growth and success. If you want to be successful associate with successful people. You become those you associate with! get it? ok enough of that I wanted to mention this because one of my most valuable lessons was this.

My little brother used to always "Pose" but for the right reasons. He would wear clothing he couldn't afford because he knew by association one day he would be able to afford them. He wasn't trying to pose he was trying to put his mind where he wanted to be. Eventually you will do what you have to, to sustain your comfort zone, so for Pete sake set your standards higher than you are..

Its the only way to achieve more. Never be satisfied with the status quo. You have to fully be where you want to be in your mind, get into character and life will play the part eventually. What you do is send out vibrations and magnetize the right things, people, situations etc.. to come into your life that will solidify around you and before you know it your there, then you set new higher goals.. never get too comfortable.

I'm discovering that their are very real, very legal, very legit, very no nonsense, very no scammy, very amazing and very easy ways to make massive amounts of money online. These secrets are actually out there spread across thousands of courses but guess what?

Nobody is giving it a real shot before throwing in the towel. Why? Because these courses promise so much "get rich quickness" that people set themselves up with unrealistic expectations and when they don't reach them they quit. Period. It's how they keep selling courses and yet are in little danger of breeding competition.

The truth however is that their is so much room online for competition that competition really doesn't even phase you if you know how to make money using things like list marketing, network marketing, affiliate marketing and even like HubPages- adsense marketing. If done right and consistently and if you reach the right resources you can make a lot of money easily..

Easily is a relative term however and I refer to it based on the ease of the system you'd follow NOT that their isn't work involved because their is work involved but its very attainable riches and redundant riches, passive income and so forth.. also residual income that can be completely automated.

The pictures here are money I did make (with the exception of the top picture.. although I did have that stack of hundreds like that last week). The pictures are just there to amuse your senses. Apparently most people don't like reading chunks of text with no picture relief *smiles* so I added some to backdrop my words.

That said, I'll be honest with you this hub is being written for myself. I am currently making money blogging for a leading backlinks company and writing articles freelance (website content) for money and it serves me well right now, as I clear 2-4,000 dollars a month and am free to work when I feel like it and I work as much as I want (my only consequence is if I work less I make less).

I have been diving into the "Make money online" "Home based" business arena for years and I am just starting to get past the BS and scratching the surface of the real money making opportunities. No crap, no promises, no "results not typical, you could make more or less" captions, but I'm discovering just how the big dawgs are and have been doing it for years to generate millions of dollars.

The purpose of this hub is to document and put into order my experiences and to maintain some sort of order out of this. Honestly this is a lot to wrap my head around so I'm letting it fully absorb before I even take the first step towards any money, any investing (other than purchasing courses in the information I'm seeking) in advertising etc..

This is also going to be an upgraded in part version of this page: Adsense sites make money which was written when I just scratched the surface before I fell deeper down the rabbit hole.

My first real success online was The Jerrico Effect (click the name to read about my first real online business/product) that I mentioned above. My second and to me more exciting venture is copywriting.. Writing articles and blogs for money (a stepping stone to the bigger money to come as described in this hub ongoing).

My very first money made online, although it was a limited success it was me flying very blind, and the company was Tammico Innovations, a compilation CD of information products I deemed the Info-Matrix. I made a couple grand that year but It to me was more of an on the job training failure to success class. I documented the fun here: Internet Time capsule product/ The Info-matrix (facinatrix).

Everything and I mean everything you do every day is training for your future. If you learn a new skill, learn how soap works; learn to use Photoshop, your training for a future you don't even realize yet. It doesn't matter why you do it. I learned to use Photoshop because I used this to impress girls I met online. At 19 I would take a girls picture and use Photoshop to tweak it to show her most amazing beauty and sent it back to her. you can see some of my work over the years here: Photoshop Magic

My motivation was to impress girls but 7 years later it made it easy to produce that Info-Matrix CD, website and pictures for my eBay ads and much more. 7 years after that it helped me build amazing CD jewel case artwork for my Tranquil-Wiser line of meditation CD's.

I learned not long ago that everything I've ever done has been helping me all along and although I don't understand the universes plan for me, it has always been training me for my wealthy future. Everything including the worst pains I've felt were preparation for something good. Pain is just a motivator.. The scars are my tolerance shields, the lessons.. I wouldn't change a thing.. That would be robbing myself of who I am now.

I like to document my successes and attempts best I can, not to brag but to look back on myself and because I love reading other peoples versions of my own work (their successes documented) because they have become inspiring to me and have helped me to see not only that it is possible but the truth about the struggle so I can expect it, not unrealistic expectations that kill dreams superficially.

I'm starting to see the patterns clearly and so while I'm writing and will update this hub as I go to keep myself informed and this is like taking notes for me- writing helps me organize information lucidly- it can also serve to teach you the reader of this hub the no nonsense simple basics to this.
