The Ghost Of Billy Part 1

There is a story that was passed on from a few generations about a nurse who was on duty at the waterville psychic hospital or commonly referred to by the youngster as the nut house. Well, this nurse was a mean lady, so it was told. She was know for her sharp tongue and stern look. She lived alone and did not like kids. At halloween she would not pass out any treats so you can imagine that the kids did not like her.

Well the young at that time called her craby, at least behind her back. To her face, not one young dared to say a thing. If they happened to meet her, she would say, "young man I will see you some day were I work, and then you will be mine," with an eerie laugh. It probably would not have meant much, except that the story goes, that some years back, a youngster by the name of Billy laughed at her and made sure every one of his classmates knew it. Why not, this gave Billy an added attention.

One day Billy thought that he would have his laugh and gain even more popularity by doing his ultimate prank on Old Craby. He deceided to go to the nut house where Craby worked. He and a couple of unwilling followers went the following Wednesday in the sumer of 1925 in late August.

Billy had it all planned, he would sneak in while one of his friends kept the guard occupied. Billy's friend went up to the guard and told the guard that some one was about to break into Craby's car. Well I guess I got a head of myself. You see, Billy liked to tie tin cans on Craby's car, if that was not bad enought one time he let the air out of her tier. Carby believed it was Billy, but could not prove it.
