I'm sure most of you are asking, "What is a jongleur?" The word as you may have guessed is French. Roughly translated it means juggler, though it's really a catch-all phrase for juggling, magic, storytelling, singing, acrobatics and wandering about entertaining the populace with your skills. Though the days of the French wandering minstrels are long gone, you can still bring the tradition alive by creating your own motley group of traveling entertainers, polish up your bardic arts and set off to share your epic tales with the world.

Check your local parks and recreation department or adult schools for classes on singing, mime, circus skills, improvisational comedy, unicycling, guitar, dance, and other performing arts so you can have a full set of skills to help you on your entertaining adventures. Many groups hold annual conventions as well where you can get tips from top notch entertainers.
