The Coffee Diet

All and sundry know that the only means of losing weight is by reducing your consumption of food and increasing the amount of provisions that your body burns. This may seem straightforward but numerous individuals have complained that even if they try to cut down on food intake, they still cannot lose very much weight. The problem may lie in the fact that even by working out consistently, they are not burning enough calories.

One promising answer could be attempting the coffee diet. Basically under this program, together with a reduction in eating and an increase in working out, your body’s metabolism will be greater than before and you will burn more calories. What’s more, coffee will also help to hold back your appetite for the most part for carbohydrates. It seems that the coffee diet is a winner.

This doesn’t mean you have to make any great changes in your lifestyle. Each cup of coffee contains about 100 mg of caffeine. When going on a coffee diet, after you have sipped your cup of Joe, your metabolic rate can amplify as much as 10%. For an individual who is new to coffee, the coffee diet can amplify the metabolism even more.

Hi,

I only wish this were true. I live on coffee, and I'm still fat. Could it be because I don't watch what I'm eating and get very little exercise? LOL,,,I work 2 jobs so I sit for 17 hours a day, then sleep about 4/5 hrs. I am mobile only 2 to 3 hrs a day, and that's just walking to the car, to the building, to my house,,,there has to be a better way!

Thanks for sharing,

Patty
