Complications on the Survey Trail
What I find extraordinary about this hub is (unless I have REALLY missed something!) this person thinks everyone is a complete IDIOT.
EVERY Single ONE of the sites they say are " here's the biggest scammer of them all:" <---Direct Quote!!
Each one goes to their OWN refer ID: Go Look! Every one goes to
referid=nomanoma
So...It would *appear* this person is trying some sort of very strange reverse pshyco thing...I don't know but I just don't GET why anyone would do this. It's worse than spam - because it is so Dumb.
The site is (or was) mainly about taking online surveys which you get paid for and you don't have to pay them to join up and do the surveys.
OK - so I'm bored and just for the heck of it I did the surveyscout one.
Now, in a few minutes I am done and it tells me I have made 27$ - ok fine.
The thing is this - I do not see how in the world you will ever really GET the 27$ as there are no more surveys to TAKE and you cannot take the money unless you have at least 75$ so how does that work out?
So I am *assuming* a person has to wait for the next month to come around for more surveys to pop up. Maybe not, maybe it's a week but they don't tell you how long.
... If you have to wait an entire MONTH to get new surveys to take then you will be waiting for 3 MONTHS to get over their payment limit and THEN you can only take OUT 75$, NOT the 81$ that they owe; so you are sort of *stuck* there forever in the loop.
That about sums it up. Plus the fact I would not ever *trust* these types of sites logging into my paypal account - for some reason - it just doesn't *feel* right.
Maybe I will try out a couple more of them to see if all function the same way and will report back my findings. If it works out, this would be an excellent way for a teenager to make super easy cash...or anyone for that matter if survey taking is your thing.
I didn't mind doing the ones I tried out but I don't think I could stand to do it for hours at a time.... which you would need to do to make any real money out of these types of deals.
I just don't GET this hub at all - the motivation behind it strikes me as just Way Off the Top.
My apologies if I am somehow *wrong* about it - the site DID change somewhat since I had started this reply-hub but NO changes to the refer-id part - none at all except to maybe have added More of them.
So...people, WHY would anyone DO this?

Yes they are total crap, I wasted hours on many of the "good" ones and never got a cent.

When I came to the internet just after my shop burned down I tried a lot of different survey sites. I made zip--nadda--not a dime. A few sites gave me points where I could choose trips or stuff once I had enough point build up... I agree with you it is the biggest scam you could ever imagin.
