Have you made the excuse, I’m to big to workout?

How about this one, “I have to loose weight before I start” Well if you are over weight and out of shape it’s common to feel this way and say these things but the truth is that these are just excuses that are keeping you from starting. Now days you can get started in your own home and see amazing results because of the numerous great in home program available, or you can continue to make excuses like the ones above.
Many times we feel this way because we have lived this way for so long. We start to believe that we could never get in shape or change our life style. But I am here to report to you that this is just wrong. Many people change their lives and fitness forever. It can be done with three simple steps.

(3) You must start being consistent in your commitment to exercise.
