The Eyelandgirl picutres really lended themselves to the authencity of that environment in Pohnpei. The stillness of that evening sunset in the lagoon displayed the splendor of undisturbed areas of the Micronesian trooical islands would be ideal for a vacationwhere life is still stilled and moves at your own pace. I give credit to my friend Mary who was artistically able to captivate those momentous island scenes.

Mary,

Wonderful photos! I especially love the daily life (kitchen scense) interspersed with the beautiful flora and fauna! I know you have stories to go with these wonderful photos - I hope you'll get them down on paper.

Ramona,

You are indeed right ...I suppose you have lived in Hawaii all your life. You sounded like an insider observer. We have many tropical similarities. I hope you post in here your own stories about your part of the workd.
