As we know , people used massage in the past in countries like India, China and others. In India people used massage even in 1800 before our era. We can find a very detailed description of the massage in the book ‘Sucruta' . This book contains a lot of advises on how to apply massage. In Greece, massage was known under the name ‘apaterapia'. Gerodicos (484 - 425 yrs before the new era) was the first doctor in Greece who tried to establish some physiological grounding for the massage. Gippocrat(460 - 377 yrs before the new era) continued doing this and reenacted practices of some theoretical prefaces of the massage. Powerful Rome empire after defeating Greece, adopted the massage . Asklepiad and Gallen further developed it. How surprised they would be if they saw a device like Thumper Pro Massager at that time ! Also, they didn't now how massage reliefs pain. Only recently it was revealed that during the massage session our body generates natural painkillers that alleviate pain. To make it happen, the person who does the massage, should be :

  • 1. Very fit and maintain physical shape by exercising frequently.
  • 2. He shouldn't massage If he has an inflammation on his hands.
  • 3. It is better to perform a massage during the morning hours, when the massager is fresh enough.
  • 4. He also should have some interruptions for the recreation purposes.
  • 5. The room where the massage takes place should have good ventilation, otherwise the massager would get tired faster and would not be able to do a quality job.
  • 6. There shouldn't be noise in the room where a massage takes place, this can distract the massager.
As we can see, this job is very demanding. This is why the

in many cases are able to replace humans. One of them - Thumper
