Time Machiner: Send Emails to the Future

Jon Wheatley has developed a simple e-mail tool to send messages into the future. Just type in the e-mail address and the date, it will send the e-mail in the future. He claims it took him about 4 hours and 50 bucks to develop this application.

In the video Jon talks about how he developed this application, Time Machiner, in a short period of time.

The site has a simple form to fill the details. You can enter the e-mail address to whom you want the message to be sent to (either you can send it to anyone or you can send it to yourself) and also provide a date when the e-mail should be sent to.

Mashable.com said a similar feature is offered at Google Calendar, where you can set up a task and send you an e-mail notification. But Google Calendar can be sent to you only, if you want to send an e-mail to another address, then you can use TimeMachiner.

Gmail also can provide an option to send e-mails at a future data, like it does with Blogger.com, where you can post blogs at a future date.
