In your listing you need to describe your item in full detail. Many customers don't like to have to message the seller asking many questions and waiting for an answer. If they see another listing for the same or similar item and the other listing has all the details then they will purchase from other seller. So always put as much detail as you would want if you were the buyer.

To make good sales it helps a lot if you have a good feedback rating. There are ways that you can build up your feedback rating quickly but you also need to maintain that rating. So always be nice and courteous to your customers so that they will leave you a good rating.

Always use photos in your listing too. People like to see what they are buying so a good quality, clear photo is essential for a good sale.
