Everyone must have heard about P.L.R. or Private Label Rights. These are written content and articles, which are tailor-made and intended for use on websites. Website owners, who are always in need of fresh articles, are definitely interested on PLR articles. But before anything else, learn some important things about these PLR stuff.

Great Ways to Use PLR Articles

PLR articles can make money for your website. First, you must buy these articles. Second, edit them to fit your need. Revise the source files and add some of your personal knowledge on the articles. Change the names or titles of the articles, too. If you have no time for editing stuff, you can hire a professional copywriter. Find copywriters who will charge one cent per word for this editing service.


Disadvantages of Using PLR Content

Because the Internet is getting over-populated with PLR articles, using the Private Label Rights content on your website might be a bad idea after all.

  1. Search engines are getting sophisticated these days and are now able to detect duplicate content. A new system is being used by search engines, so that they can filter the exact sentence matches found in PLR content. Even if you submitted your edited articles to article directories, you can still get caught for having duplicate content.

  2. Before you can do revisions on the purchased PLR articles, you must make sure that the writer allows the changes that you plan to do. Otherwise, you will find yourself committing plagiarism. It is highly unethical to copy sentences from other's article and rewrite them to express as your own without a written permission from the author of the original content.

  3. If you are using article marketing to build your website's brand, then it is better not to use PLR articles at all. Your readers will expect unique website content. They will like to read original articles that are informative, useful, and interesting. You cannot build trust with your website visitors if you are using copied content to introduce your brand. Worst of all, your audience will feel cheated if they discovered that you were just publishing PLR articles on your website.

As a responsible website owner, creating unique website content can mean you have to spend a lot of time and effort; but your hard work will also give a lot of rewards for you in the end.

I think that your topic use is very intuitive and informing of the product. I tried to take a more basic approach with mine with a wider scope of use. I have been working on a hub for this myself, i should have it done later this evening when I get a chance to spell check and import a few pics. Let me know you opinion on my as well. Thank you.
