Pregnancy and babies are a natural and common choice in our lifes and maybe all of us want a baby in a certain time of our life. But, what to you do when you think of infertility and you do not have any tips to get pregnant? I mean, I have heard many people (males, females) that they thought they were infertile and because of that they get off the idea of having a baby, it's not true, even you can get a baby if you know what to do. Here are a couple of advice in order to help you realize how easy is to get pregnant and how you can do it, even in the 21 century. One of the most interesting and natural ways to get pregnant (it's not a trick, because you have to know it by know) is having sex a couple of times a week in that period - why is that? Women ovulation is not standard or basic, you don't ovulate everytime when you think you will, so, it's better to have more of it in order to be sure you get the baby.

One of the things I've heard, that you have to choose a certain sexual position in order to make a baby - it does not matter what position do you use, because if the sperm cells are inside, you're going to get a baby - if you are fertile. So, don't worry about reading lots of stuff about what position you should make in order to get pregnant, just do it and make sure you get yourself pregnant - if you are fertile. It's going to happen, let it happen and do not rush things because there is no good in rushing things you can't control, be sure of it. Man on top is a good position because the sperm cell is going to get inside the vagina and you'll be sure it goes where it has to go, sometime this is a problem of gravity to, because if the women is staying on top, the sperm cell may not go exactly where you want - try all of this positions, don't be shy, because you're going to get it. Hey, there are billions of people alive, if they get it, even the our ancestrals, you're going to get it to.

• make it at regular intervals - don't get it to often because you're not going to get pregnant if you do an intercourse every second, if it going to happen, it's going to happen :-)
• take care of smoking - quit smoking; my mother quited smoking when she got pregnant - before she got pregnant because there is no good in smoking while pregnancy: why's that? Because the child could suffer from some sort of problems, premature childbirth and other problems you may not want your child to have all his life because of you - I know, this is not a way to get pregnant, but it's a thing to do before getting pregnant, so your child is not going to have problems because of the nicotine
• quit alcohol to - it's not good to drink alcohol while you're pregnant because you may hurt the baby - also, smoking and alcohol may affect you're pregnancy and if you overdo it you may not get pregnant, don't know if this is a myth or not, I did not smoke or drink while I was pregnant, just to be sure; If you're just addicted to smoking or something like, go to a doctor to see what's going to be done because you can't risk your baby life with this stuff.
• stress/depression/nervous - control yourself, if you're going to have a baby you have to be calm because you could transmit all the problems to him/her if you're not calm. If you're depressed you could transmit this to your child and there could be problems. Go to a psychologist, prepare for your baby, until you conceive it, because this is a very important aspect of the pregnancy - you want your baby in a perfect state and not to hurt him with your unhealth way of life.
• if you don't get it on first try, don't get dissapointed and don't think on the first try that you have infertility issues - not all the people get pregnant on the first try, just let it be. If you're young and you can't get pregnant, then you may have some problems and you may see the doctor; if you're over 34-40, then you may have some sort of problems (I'm talking about your husband to, here) and you should both see the doctor to see if there is a problem or you've been just to stressed out.
• do sex a couple of weeks or before you ovulate - after that you won't get pregnant
• get to a doctor and get some prenatal vitamins, before you plan to conceive a baby - in the case you have some health problems you have to know that you're going to put this in the hands of your baby and you do not want that - get the vitamins, be in a super health state and make sure you do it right

   So, I've been saying something about the fertile window - the best thing you have to do is to get rid of the misinformations around the web, you need to have an intercourse while the fertile window in order to make a baby and don't overthink that you may be infertile. Also, be sure and think about the idea of the sperm - quality sperm is going to conceive a baby, if you're just going to have a lot of intercourses around the day, every day, then your husband may not have the quality sperm (I mean, not produced) in order to make sure you're going to get pregnant. So, it's better to know and calculate when the fertile window is, and to make sure you get it done and let it flow - don't overdo it, because you're not going to make anything. 

   Don't think about the idea of waiting (if you're a male - the husband) with the sperm for the fertile window, that's because the quaility of the sperm is based also on the time of it - you need to refresh the sperm once for a while and don't just wait, you know what I mean.
