Of which Metformin, Glibenclamide are most popular medicnes. Insulin in the form of injection will be also required according to the condition of patient.
Never Eat More at Once
It's very important to control the quantity of food which you take in your regular life. Be it breakfast, lunch and dinner, you should keep the quantity of food in good control. If you eat more, the sudden increase of sugar in your body may affect your health badly. You can also take food in little quantities at equal intervals in a day.
Do Mild Exercise, Yogasana and Meditation
Walking is the easiest body exercise in our life. You need to walk at least 1 Km a day in evening times. You can also do mild Exercises and Yogasanas like Padmasanas and Sarvangasanas to get controlled diabetes. Meditation is also very useful to get concentrated mind and overcome stress in our life. You will be free from stress if you do meditation for at least 10 minutes a day. But, you should not over strain when you do Body Exercises and Yogasanas if have diabetes.
Have well planned Nutritious Food
Have less quantity of food in more calorific value. When you take non-veg items, you should take them in limited quantities. Take more vegetables than rice or wheat. Wheat is more preferable than rice. Get sweet less fruits like Pomegranate, Apple, Lemon and Plums. You should be very careful when you select your health drink. It's better to take natural ones.
Avoid Taking large number of tablets
Some patients are mistakenly taking large number of tablets for their various complaints like body pain, heart burn, sleeplessness and wounds. If you decrease the amount of medicines and tablets as for as possible, then you can save your basic health. Otherwise you may get serious health problems like severe peptic ulcers and kidney failures.
Weekly Once or Twice Checkup your Urine and Blood sugar level is Important
