Every person drops average around 100 pieces of hair daily. So what causes your hair drop so much? 200 or 300? You are going to be bold soon. But don’t worry here’s some tips to help you prevent hair fall.



get enough sleeps

Hair is made of fiber, thus we need to balance our diet to include more fibers and zinc is also important, include them. Eat 1 tablet multi-vitamins each day to balance out, it will improve your hair quality and quantity. Besides, sleep earlier is also another cure, later sleepers does not get enough energy the next day so as the hair, hair is greatly depend on hormone, when sleeping too late like 1am to 2 pm will affect hormone production system, so it affects your hair production and strength, thus easy hair fall.

Besides, the shampoo you use also affects the hair. Some people are more sensitive to certain kind of shampoo, thus finding a shampoo suitable for yourself is essential. Try to consult a hair specialist and get their advice. And one more important tips, do not stress yourself , living more happily and stress free is going to be improve your hair condition and all overall health. Take care of your living lifestyle and habits, it will sure have improvement.
