 Every human wish to have a thick, beautiful and shining hair. But many of us doesn't have thick shiny hair due to many reasons. Many are trying out lots of shampoos and other chemicals for stopping the hair fall. But to get a thick and beautiful hair we have to know the reason for hair fall and have to work out accordingly. Now let us see some of the reasons for hair fall and also some home remedies to stop hair fall and also to get thick and shining hair.

Some of the reasons for hair fall are as follows:

1. Dandruff
2. Pollution
3. Tension and Stress
4. Shampoos
5. Chemical present in water
6. Unbalanced diet
7. Improper cleaning of hair
8. Improper oiling

Now let's see some of the home remedies for this,

1. To remove dandruff apply white pepper powder mixed with curd in hair, leave it for half an hour and wash it.
2. You can also apply paste of neem leaves to remove dandruff.
3. To avoid tension and stress, you can do yoga and meditations.
4. Instead of using chemical shampoos, you can use shikakai which is considered to be a natural herbal shampoo.
5. While grinding shikakai you can mix some methi seeds, dried neem leaves, dried henna leaves, dried hibiscus leaves along with it.
6. Hibiscus leaf act as a good conditioning agent.
7. You can also soak the methi leaves over a night and make it as a paste, apply it on the and wash it. This helps you to get thick and soft hair.
8. Washing your hair twice in a week is a must.
9. Take oil massage at least twice in a month. This improves blood circulation.
10. Don't use chlorinated water for washing your hair.
11. Add lots of green leafy vegetables in your diet.
