9. While the US market is cold other Markets are hot, expand your horizons even if it means putting 5% -10% of your portfolio out there.

10. Have and build a cash reserve source.

According to a poll conducted for CPA firm Rothstein Kass by Russ Prince approximately 61% of industry principals surveyed felt that a recession is a "more likely" scenario in 2008. A positive outlook is ahead, despite the difficult times currently. Look at it this way it can only get better from here. Please use these 16 tips that were explained and stay positive.
