Eating Your Fruit and Veges

Lets all be honest. We would all rather eat the chocolates, the biscuits, the cakes, the ice cream and so on. BUT we should have a balanced diet and that means eating the required daily amount of fruit and vegetables. I have put together some tips to help make sure you do.

Tips to Eating Enough Fruit and Vegetables

1. Do not miss a meal. Make sure you include fruit or veges in each meal

2. Always take fruit or veges with you when you leave home

3. Remove temptation. Take away the sweets, biscuits and other tempting stuff that will distract you from eating your fruit and veges

4. Keep some frozen and canned fruit and veges handy so when the fresh stuff runs out you can still get your intake.

5. Learn to cook then you can make some fabulous dishes that include fruit and/or ceges
