What Makes you Stop for Love
"The Soul needs Friendship, the Heart needs Love. Seduce my Mind and you can have mybody. Find my Soul and I am yours Forever"– Anonymous
The populace in every society is full of single men and women in all sizes, ages, shapes and each fall within a man and women’s definition of handsome and beautiful.
The word *Love* is used to describe everything from a gentle touch to sexual intercourse and considered a socially acceptable word for polite conversation. But what makes us stop and turn to stare at that particular person? What is it that takes our breath away?
Romantic love is considered by psychologists to consist of two clusters of feelings that are exhibited in behavior;
Passion Cluster
Fascination, preoccupation with each other
Sexual Desire, for each other
Exclusiveness, a special relationship with each other
Caring Cluster
Champion and advocate the interests of the other
Giving the utmost for each other, even sacrifice one’s own interests
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Romantic lovers idealize one another. They magnify each other’s positive features and forgive or ignore the flaws if change is acceptable.
Lust is not to be mistaken for love. It is considered by some as nothing more than a immature attempt to satisfy sexual desire and ego especially in the absence of a committed relationship therefore primitive and unworthy of attention.

Add resistance to the date and sparks will fly. One will see the other eventually tire and leave seeking easier game or stay and pursue with the challenge to win the heart.
Love has been found to be considered as a *passionate* love where a state of intense absorption in another takes place and *companionate* love where there exists a strong affectionate attachment between a couple. One is short lived or temporary whereas the other is enduring (especially when both have equal equity). Which do you prefer?

HI hon,
I think we begin with lust, end up with love and then keep the lust going because we love!
Hi ljrc1961, a very easy to follow set of instructions, lol. Thank you for sharing your comments and visiting. :)
Love is always an interesting subject, and I have definitely seen a very distinctive difference in love and lust. The main one being you usually don't regret love!
Hi HuckR, I agree on that since love will be the lasting emotion. Thanks for shariing your comments and your visit. :)
It's hard to see someone who truly loves. Love aint easy to come by these days. But lust - easy as pie. I like the way you write, Dame.
I think lust over rules love, and it is easy for the other partner not to realize it. Just because they tell you they love doesn't mean they do, for some it is just a word or either they don't understand the full meaning of it.
