There are many reasons why people would choose to save a marriage. Maybe they have children involved and they love them so much that the thought of living one day without them is too much. Maybe they still very much love their spouse and are truly sorry for what has happened in the marriage to make it go bad. Maybe the financial stakes are too high and ending their marriage would mean both of them losing alot finacially. Maybe they are in their second marriage and failing twice is the last thing they want to do. Maybe they are christians or other sacrilage religion where divorce or separation are forbidden. Let's face it alot of people care about what others think of them, whether they belong to a church or another society where others will generally talk about their failure or whose fault it was. For whatever reason they want to save their relationship they go in search of less costly ways to get advice and help on how to save a marriage.
It hurts so much to end a relationship/marriage especially when you are still very much in love. There are tons of ways to save your marriage if this is the case. You just have to both equally put in the work it will take to get there.
I was bickering alot with my spouse and it was getting worse everyday mainly because we were not looking at the root of the problem or addressing it correctly. For us we knew we were still very much in love but getting caught up in busy days with jobs and children and appointments and meetings for the kids we just did not have enough time to pay attention to fixing the problems. I went online one night when my husband got held up at work and was searching for help for our marriage at an affordable price. We didn't have alot of money to spend on counselling which can be very costly and not to mention time consuming which we had very little of as well. I found this book called "The Magic Of Making Up" by T.W. Jackson which didn't cost very much. He offered some very helpful advice and solutions and we had time before we went to bed to read and talk about what we learned from the little readings we did every day. And the best thing was he offered his email address so that if we had any questions at all we could ask him personally.
Now that our marriage is considered safe and we have the knowledge and the tools to work through anything, I want to give other people the chance we were given on finding their way on How To Save A Marriage.
