To Sweet or Not to Sweet

Pretty much everyone out there has a weekness for some sort of sweets or candy.
I sure do know that I do. Oh man I love my butterfinger candybar and my gummy worms. WOW
The trick is moderation. Such a gigantic part of fitness and health is your diet. You cannot just go workout all the time and expect to get in great shape. It matters just as much what you put in your mouth then how much exercise you do.
So lets start off with a little fun.
What is your favorite sweets?
You heard... Pick from the list below. (I'll do my best to cover as much as I can.)
See results without votingI know there are a million more options out there so you can post in the comments what you like.
Anyway to get on with it. Fitness needs to incorporate a healthy diet to be successful.
What I generally do is set a goal for myself. Maybe its completing a fitness routine and then I get to splurge a little with the sweets I love. I'm not talking about mowing down 10 butterfingers but just a little reward for my accomplishments.
Another way I view eating sweets is that one of the reasons it is always so freakin delicious for me to eat is because I have it very rarely. The more rare I eat it then the better those moments are. Special things are typically special because they are rare.... right?
So give it a shot... Limit the amount of sweets you eat. Go ahead and reward yourself with what you love every now and then, eat healthy and get in shape.
