Not only is it my birthday, it's J.R.R. Tolkien's birthday too.

Today is my birthday and I'm in a bad mood. I'm disappointed in the way the Idea Bank Contest turned out in the end, and I guess I just need to let that go but my Capricornian nature is as stubborn as the day is long.

I know I should write more for Constant-content and that other one that doesn't pay as well. Associate-content I think it's called. I hear they don't pay as well, but they pay more quickly and often. On Constant content you can set your own prices and choose whether you want to sell an article just once or multiple times. And I write for mylot just because it's there but it's a bad habit to get into because the pay is literally peanuts. I mean I think they are going to mail me a bag of peanuts when I get to 500 points.

Or maybe I should steal my daddy's cue and make a living out of playing pool.

Chasing money you've lost in not usually as effective as looking for new income sources.

Maybe now that the holidays are over, I'll have more students signing up for my classes. I made two new websites so maybe that will help.

I really need to make a hypnosis site and sell mp3 downloads and e-books.

Maybe I'm just grumpy because my boyfriend forgot it was my birthday and left for work early to get his hair cut and to go shopping on the way.

Or maybe it's because the cat jumped on my bed and woke me up four or five times this morning.

So if you can think of a way to cheer me up, go for it.
