No Magic Pill?

Hi, my name is Jess and I want to talk to you today about some tools for healthy living.

I have been reading a lot of articles on the Internet about healthy living and weight loss specifically. And I have noticed a lot of them saying, "there is no magic pill for weight loss and healthy living". Let me first say that there are many things that we can do as individuals that can help us have sustained health throughout our lives.

General Health

Now, I want to stress that it is very important that in order to have prolonged health and vitality in our lives, we should implement some basic principles. This includes a healthy diet, I know I know, I like a burger as much as the next person, but hey, we are what we eat. So eating right is a crucial part of our healthy lifestyle.

Exercise. Another vital factor if we want to stay healthy. Regular exercise is something that everyone can benefit from, and should be a regular activity in our daily lives.

Lifestyle

When people say that diets don't work, I believe they are 100% right. Why? Because diet plans are only a temporary fix. What we need to do is change the way we eat and the amount of exercise we get. We need to change our health Lifestyle. This is the right path if we really want to have sustained health moving forward. So to change our bodies, we need to change our Lifestyle.

The Right Mind-set

Now having said that, there are tools that we can use to help us achieve our health goals. I remember being overweight and out of shape, and I remember thinking, "man, I know I need to eat better and exercise more. But I feel so discouraged because I haven't eaten right or exercised at all for such a long time."

I think that a lot of us fall into that mind set of feeling so far gone, that there may be no way out. I felt this way. But as I said earlier, there are tools to help us along the way. And while I believe that there is no "magic pill" that can completely change us in an instant, I also believe people that say there is nothing we can use to help us achieve our health goals beside eating right and exercise is 100% wrong.

I speak from personal experience when it comes to weight loss and the countless number of things that I've tried. A lot of them worked for me, temporarily. the reason is that it was only a temporary fix.

What bothers me though, is when people that write articles about weight loss and health, have had no such struggles themselves in their life. I'm not saying that everyone who writes them haven't, or aren't educated, or don't want to help the people that are struggling with health issues. But I relate more to someone who has been where I have been, felt what I felt. I have struggled with my weight since high-school, and have had health problems, ie. herniated discs, knee and joint pain, sleep apnea, insomnia. I know what it's like to be so frustrated with my health, and feeling like I can't do a thing about it.

Natural Health Tools

But I want to tell that you can do something about it. Not a "magic pill", but a useful tool to help achieve the health goals that we all want. It's called Colostrum. Bovine (or cow) colostrum to be specific. It's an all natural pre-milk fluid that contains a vast amount of vital nutrients and minerals that can help our bodies return to a healthy, youthful state.

Let me emphasize that it's not a cure-all for every health need we have, but colostrum can be an invaluable tool in changing our health Lifestyle, as I stated earlier.

Now how does it help with weight loss and overall healthy living? In basic terms, Colostrum allows us to lose inches. Notice I didn't say weight. Inches means fat. Losing weight can mean many things for us including water weight, and lean muscle mass.

Colostrum and Total Health

What is so powerful about colostrum is that it contains several metabolic factors to help us lose inches, fat. It also helps us preserve and improve our lean muscle mass, which the body uses to burn fat.

I didn't know this at the time, but when I would take things like hyrdoxy cut and others, I would lose weight, but I would always gain it back. The problem was, I would lose mostly water first. And then, I would feel skinnier and eat less, and I would be losing muscle mass. And as I said before, lean muscle is the main tool our body uses to burn fat. So after it was all said and done, I actually digressed as far as my health went.

That's when my roommate from when I was in the military told me about colostrum. I figured what the heck, it's all natural, and what have I got to lose? So I got some and tried it. At first I didn't notice much change and I remember thinking, "oh great, I'll never be able to lose these inches".

Well after the second week I noticed my pants started feeling bigger. But I got on the scale and only lost a few pounds. Like I said earlier, colostrum helps lose the fat, and at the same time keep and improve lean muscle. We all know that muscle weighs more than fat, which is why I didn't notice a big difference on the scale. But nonetheless, my cloths were bigger on me, and I was losing inches. I lost fat.

This is what's so great about colostrum, I lost fat, and improved my lean muscle, and that lean muscle will help me keep off the weight so I don't have that yo-yo effect.

I want to stress again, that healthy eating and exercise should be a regular part of our everyday lives, but it is not the only thing we can do to help us lose weight and feel better.

I just wanted to share with you my experience in my struggles with health and weight loss, and not some sterile decree from a doctors journal, or from someone who hasn't had the same experiences as me. Colostrum has helped me in my health struggles, and I believe it can help all of us aspiring to achieve our health goals.
