Listed here are the top 10 upcoming gadgets for fall! They are so very cool, that it will make any gadget lover’s heart miss a beat! These gadgets are scheduled to be released this fall and in time for the holidays. These much hyped about gadgets look so very awesome that you can first feast your eyes now and then, when they are released, you can fulfill your heart’s desire by grabbing the one you fall in love with!


1. Nokia Booklet 3G - mini laptop

Nokia, the world's leading maker of mobile devices has jumped on to the bandwagon of net books and will be coming out with a 10-inch mini-laptop or net book called Booklet 3G. It will have an Atom Z530 processor, HDMI port, Wi-Fi , Webcam, SD card reader, GPS and maps integration, Bluetooth, a 12-hour battery life, and 2cm (.78 inch), 2.7lb aluminum body .The Booklet 3G also runs Windows and it is integrated with Nokia's Ovi tools, maps, music store, and cloud-based Ovi Suite the price has not yet been announced.



2. Nikon COOLPIX S1000pj with built-in Projector

Nikon’s COOLPIX S1000pj is the world’s first compact digital camera which features  a built-in projector. The camera projects your favorite photos or movies clips on any flat surface at up to 40 inches in size. The pictures can be either projected individually or as slide shows, complete with music and added effects!

It comes packed with a handy projector stand along with a remote control that can be used to operate the projector, release the shutter, and more.Apart from the micro projector, the S1000pj has the usual standard point-and-shoot capabilities. Its features include  2.7- high-resolution LCD monitor with anti-reflection coated cover, 12-megapixel sensor ,5X zoom lens ,16 shooting modes and four different movie modes.

The camera weighs approx. 155 g (5.5 oz.) without battery


3. Sony S Series Walkman Video MP3 player

Sony has announced its new S Series Walkman Video MP3 player with built-in Speakers. It has a 2.4-inch QVGA LCD screen It supports MP3, AAC, WMA audio files and WMV and H.264 video files. The S Series Walkman is available in two versions 8GB and 16GB.

It has FM recording and sound recording facility , which helps you to keep your favorite music organized in your music library. You can easily transfer  images, music and video from your PC to this S Series walkman by drag and drop.



4.CrunchPad

It is a sort of tablet computer cum color ebook reader. It will have about 4GB of storage, WiFi, 1.6 GHz Intel Atom Processor, a USBPort and built-in 3G connectivity.It weighs about 2.6lbs and is expected to be available this fall at a price tag near $400.

5. Acer 3D Aspire

Acer will be launching a new 3D laptop with 15.6 inch screen at the end of October 2009.To view the 3D effect ,first you will have to install their Aspire 3D software to activate the 3D display and you will need to wear 3D stereoscopic glasses. The 3D software also has the ability to turn virtually any 2D image 3D style image It is just great for gaming and video experience.

The notebook will come pre installed with Windows 7 .


6. Microsoft Zune HD

The Zune HD has a 3 inch capacitive touch screen with multitouch facilities, Internet Explorer Web browser, HD Radio capability and other Wi-Fi features . It offers many features not found on the iPod Touch, including an OLED display and high-definition video playback Apart from that, it has all the regular usual Zune features, such as a games, photo viewer, podcast management, and ZunePass music subscription integration. It has Flash memory installed- 32 GB and supports AAC , MP3 , WMA , WMAPro digital audio formats.



7. Nokia’s X6 and X3 Music Phones

The Nokia X6 features a 3.2 inch touchscreen LCD display with a resolution of 360 x 640, 32GB of storage ,5 megapixel camera with a Carl Zeiss lens and a dual LED flash.It also includes Bluetooth, A-GPS ,WiFi, and up to 8 hours of talk time on GSM and up to 5 hours of talk time on 3G.The music playback comes in at up to 35 hours while the video playback is up to 4 hours.

The Nokia X3 comes with a 2.2 inch QVGA screen and a resolution of 240 x 320, 3.2 megapixel camera, built in FM radio and Bluetooth connectivity. It will have 46MB of memory, a microSD card slot ,7.5 hours of talk time and up to 36 hours of music playback on the built in battery.

The Nokia X6 will go on sale for 450 Euros, about $640, whilst the Nokia X3 will retail for 115 Euros, about $165.





8. Sony PSP Go

Sony's PSP Go features 16GB of flash memory allowing people to download music, photos and games on to the device. It also has a slide-out control pad, integrated Bluetooth and a memory card slot to expand its storage limit. You will also be able to download games and films from Sony’s PlayStation Store using the PSP Go’s built-in Wi-Fi capabilities.

Sony has confirmed that the PSP Go would not be able to play old PSP games on it. However, PSP Go would be offered in addition to the existing PSP console, the slim, light PSP 3000, which is still compatible with UMD disks.

The PSP Go, which goes on sale on October 1, will cost around $250 (£150).


9. JVC’s NX-TC5 and NX-TC3 Mini Hi-Fi

JVC has unveiled its two latest Mini Hi-Fi’s NX-TC5 and NX-TC3 with, iPod Dock, MD, CD, 1Seg digital TV tuner and WMV (video support). This is just great for music lovers!

The NX-TC5 and NX-TC3 is available in 512MB internal memory and 4.3-inch LCD screen. You will be able to connect through USB port and listen to music in WMV and MP3 format and watch video in WMV. TC3 and TC5 are technically identical but then, only TC5 will be able to rip MDs to external device via USB.


10. Dell UltraSharp U2410 IPS-based 24" LCD Monitor


The Dell UltraSharp U2410 is the first IPS-based display and is a 24-incher LCD display targeted towards professionals. It will give about 100 percent coverage of the sRGB color space and 96 percent of the Adobe RGB space.

Specification include 1920x1200 resolution, 1,000:1 contrast ratio, 400cd/m2 brightness, HDMI, 6ms response time , DisplayPort, and 6x USB 2.0 ports.

I thought I would see the 'Kindle' in this list, they are selling pretty well on Amazon which was a surprise to me, I thought people liked to read hard copy. Although you did say upcoming and I guess the Kindle is already here.
