Ingredients:
400 g Chicken breasts
12 ml Crushed garlic
4 ts Grated fresh root ginger
1 Green chili; finely chopped
2 1/2 ts tumeric
3 tb Chopped dhunia leaves
- (coriander)
1 sm Onion; grated
Salt; to taste
Skin and fillet chicken breasts.add all other ingredients stir and serve.

2 c Water
1 md Onion (chopped)
4 Skinless, chicken breast

1.5 c Salsa (one you like)
Salt to taste
2 Chicken bullion cubes
Saute Chicken .
In a large pan, combine the water and bullion cubes, and bring to a boil.Add rice, onions and salt, boil 10 min then remove from the heat.

1 lb Chicken breasts halves,
-skinned and boned
3 tb Olive oil
3 tb Butter
1/2 c All-purpose flour
2 lg Egg, beaten with 2 T water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Rounded ts Dried Oregano OR
1 tb Finely chopped fresh oregano
10 oz Provolone cheese, thinly
-sliced
Place each breast half between 2 pieces of waxed paper and pound to 1/4′thickness with flat side of large knife. saute, add other ingredients until it forms a sauce.

1/3 c Olive or vegetable oil
1/3 c Dry white wine
1 Cloves garlic, crushed
1 ts Fresh Italian parsley,
-chopped
1 tb Dried leaf oregano, crumbled
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/3 ts Crushed red-pepper flakes
1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
Fresh spinach leaves,
-steamed
Hot cooked rice
Red bell pepper julianne'
Mix oil, wine, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. Marinate chicken in a shallow pan, covered, for several hours or overnight.Remove chicken and reserve marinade.
