I'm Wayne Ansell!

I was amazed at what the top selling music list consisted of on Amazon. I don't think I am interested in purchasing any of these items. I wondered how many of you are going to be buying these items in the future. Please make sure you take my poll at the bottom of this article so we can all see the results.

I feel like I am an average consumer, but if these are truly the top selling music cd's I am surprised. Leave me a comment at the bottom of the page and tell me what was the last cd you purchased.

Play On, Carrie Underwood

If there's a slam-dunk aspect to Carrie Underwood's third album, it's that she's handed her "American Idol" benefactors a theme song for the next episode of "Idol Gives Back." If on a winter's night... , Sting

Sting has confirmed plans to return this fall with a new solo album titled If On a Winter’s Night… on his official Website. The October 27th album, inspired by what Sting calls his favorite season, will feature two original compositions along with carols, lullabies and traditional songs from the British Isles.

“The theme of winter is rich in inspiration and material,” Sting said. “By filtering all of these disparate styles into one album I hope we have created something refreshing and new.” The two Sting songs on the disc are called “Lullaby for an Anxious Child” and “The Hounds of Winter,” and both have been previously released (”Hounds” is the opening track of his 1996 solo album Mercury Falling). Other tracks include the 14th century carol “Gabriel’s Message,” the traditional ballad “The Snow it Melts the Soonest,” Henry Purcell’s “Now Winter Comes Slowly” and an English reworking of Schubert’s “Der Leiermann” now called “Hurdy Gurdy Man.”

Michael Jackson - Thriller is my favourite all time song, I can listhen to that over and over and over again and never stop, and I'd be happy, and wouldn't need any other music. And that's a lot coming from a salsa music fan!

Hey Wayne, I will have to say I'm not surprised at Amazon's list(top 10). The Beatles collection I wil definitely consider buying. TSO I would enjoy listening to their CD.

I have to comment here about your video on Greyhound, goodgod man, that is, was a true testament of your patience and will power. Your son was absolutely the opposite of my boys would have tolerated that,I'm serious. I guarntee we would not have made it to the first stop. I would have been forced to make other means of transportation. I enjoy your postings, the ones I have read, glad to see you and your family are doing well, and you are doing something you enjoy and have a passion for making it happen.Take Care , talk to you later.
