Clothes

When you already know that you suffer from excessive sweating, take caution on the clothes that you wear. Choose to wear clothes that are loose and well aired. These clothing allows your body to breathe keeping you cool and dry always. Don't wear dark colored tight clothes because they encourage your body to produce more sweat. The key concept here is proper ventilation in clothing. In choosing clothes, make sure that the fabric allows your skin to breathe through. Usually, these are fabrics made of natural materials.

After the shower, apply some antiperspirant. This will make you not sweat like a pig. Apply only ample amounts of antiperspirant as too much will darken your skin.

Drink More Water

Surprisingly, all people suffering from heavy perspiration are advised to drink more than eight glasses of water a day, This way, the body gets to cool itself properly. Water makes you not sweat.

The more water you take in your body, the better your body temperature regulation. The better you body temperature regulation is, the less you sweat.
