Top Freeware Windows Programs

Looking for some free software to handle little task?  In this article I will list the top freeware programs for Windows.  Some are more powerful than others, but they all have their place on your PC.

Window Grep - Window Grep is a linux tool that allows you to search inside a file.  Why?  Let's say you forgot a file title/name, but you remember a line of text -- Grep allows you to search the line of text you remember. This is a very powerful tool -- Example -- You remember a piece of php code but don't remember which php file you used it in, Grep and find it for you.
