Millions of people are suffering from cancer and dying from cancer. Scientist out there are researching for what causes this grewsome disease. While the obesity rate of the nation is increasing more people are getting sicker. Some people are are getting sicker because they simply because of their diet and lack of excercise. Let me share the Top 5 ways to prevent Cancer.
Tip # 1. Eating healthy- Alot of people are failing to eat the proper stuff daily. That old saying an apple a day keeps a doctor away. That's totally true! Eating high dose of antixidants will do the trick of preventing cancer cells to grow inside of you. Eat at least one fruit, few serving vegetable, few serving of fiber daily. Making sure you don't be too comfortable eating fast foods that are processed foods and are high on fat. Understanding that you have to give up those foods that taste good so your body can benefit from enjoying life.
Tip#2. Avoiding Smoking- The tobbaco company is a multi-billion dollar industry and it keeps on growing. It's so big President Obama had to sign in a Tobacco tax bill. Smoking is a huge killer and it keeps on killing people. People must understand that it doesn't matter if you were smoking for 20 years and aren't dead yet it doesn't mean you are not going to die! The doctors know and have seen the of the inside of people who smoked. If you don't stop smoking you will simply get lung cancer or a hole in your neck. Get on a patch instead, take the gum so it can help your craving.
Tip#3 Monthly Check ups- Going to the the doctor monthly is a big factor in knowing how your body is doing. The doctor will tell you how you can improve on certain things that you need to do! Making sure the doctor know of how you are exactly feeling is important also.

Drinking soda will increase your chances of getting diabetes, or even colon cancer. Water is deeply needed to clean out the blood and make it operate properly through the heart and the whole body. The amount recomended is 8 glass of water daily. My suggestion is have a water bottle handy with so you can constantly take a sip and you won't notice if you drunk 8 glass of water.
