Like all Toshiba televisions, the image quality is superior. I compared this TV to a Samsung of similar size. Toshiba color is a bit 'better than Samsung, Samsung, but it was also excellent. DVD player is a plus, when space is limited for a separate reader. We use this TV in our room and the 26 "is perfect, bought almost similar to Toshiba TV in 22" size, glad I chose to go 26 ", bigger is always better ...

Both problems, you can not tilt the TV down. We have ours on a 5 drawer dresser and we look up to watch TV when you set up in bed. Additional Note: The installation is simple and easy, but you do not need more than 2 people to do it safely. Find at least one post on your wall, the spacing of the frame does not allow you to screw the pins into two courses in the mountains. Use Toggle bolts for the injured side without stud when mounting on sheet rock with a blank wall behind the sheet rock. If the mounting bolt is not acceptable, the use of bolts with wing tilt can be used to attach the mounting wall. Make sure your frame is filled with many degrees tilt capabilites.

Review of Toshiba HDTV 26LV610U / CD Combo.

This purchase replaced a combined 3 Way Toshiba TV / VCR / CD analog, which had given excellent service for at least a decade.

The new combo drive described above is excellent in all areas except the sound. The volume control works on a scale of 0-50 of the screen. Volumes can be set at 50, the session does not exceed 8 feet, the sound is too small for a quiet conversation to be heard clearly. The problem is worse on some DVD discs.

There should be no need to buy AfterMarket amplifiers and speakers. The report should be submitted to --- Toshiba could be a way to program the sound to solve this problem with the rear pointing to your existing speakers.

I bought this TV to replace a much smaller TV for the bedroom.

The picture quality and sound are about what I expected.
Are deaf and have no problems hearing the sound.

The picture quality is better than most TVs of this type, but as
