The best way to start with process will be to make a list of all of the steps you will need to take in order to increase the overall productivity. Starting form the top of the list, you will want to organize the list to be in steps that will need to be done from the beginning to the end.

Next to this list, you will want to write down what is really happening. For example: The list can have six items that create a good product. In a perfect world each of these steps are done in a certain amount of time. On the second section of this list, you will want to put the real amount of time it is taking for that task to be done.

When you can see where the changes need to occur in order to increase the productivity in your plant, then you will be able to implement the needed steps to fix these issues. Therefore, this is where the tracking process flow will increase the overall production of your products.
