Trade show is a perfect event to display one’s products and services to the general public and make contact with the people from similar industry and to increase sales. Trade show can either be ‘public’ or’ trade only’. While ‘public’ trade shows are open to general public, ‘trade only’ shows are only for the representatives of different companies and for press personnel. Posters or banners with eye-catching graphics are critical factor in a trade show display.

Trade show displays are of different types. Based on the size of the exhibiting space and the products to be displayed, exhibitors can chose from variety of display forms. Pop up display is one of the popular portable trade show display forms. Pop up displays are ideal for small display booths or as a part of larger display. They mainly include a metal frame and a graphic panel that is made of either fabric or vinyl. Pop up displays are popular among exhibitors who are on the move from one trade show to another. This is basically due to the compact size of the whole pop up kit, easy portability, their lightweight and the cost of the pop up display. Setting up and packing down of the pop up display can be done by anyone as it doesn’t require special skills or tools. Hence, pop up display does not demand much of onsite labor.

Table top displays are another form of trade show display forms. As the name indicates, these display stands are designed to place over table top or counter-top. They have small metal framework which can be easily set on the table by mechanical fastening, magnets or Velcro. Table top display is available in varied forms and sizes. Table top displays add great visual appeal to the exhibition and are ideal to use in smaller trade shows.

Another type of trade show booth is banner display.  Banners can be exhibited using banner stands. Banner Display stands are available in various forms. They include roll-up banner stands, outdoor banner stands, hanging banner stands, tension pole banner stands. Depending on the usage of banner, the size of the display and the budget, one can choose the banner display stand.

Roll up banner stands- These pop up display stands have recoil mechanism that allows the banner to fold into the base of the unit. They are easy to set up.
