Tradeshow displays are the banners, physical screens, and other equipment used for filling a temporary space at a trade fair or trade show. The display units differ in cost, size and complexity, but all the units are designed to showcase your product in a trade show. Many companies rent a space for exhibiting their products in a trade show and they display their products with the help of tradeshow displays in an attractive manner so as to get the attention of the visitors of the show. Trade show displays normally use catchy phrases and images to attract the visitors to their stalls and they distribute pamphlets for the visitors explaining the specialty of their product.

The trade show event serves a wide range of varied audience. Generally businessmen use tradeshow displays for boosting the sales of their product, to launch of new products, for correcting any wrong images created among the public about their product and for creating an impression about their product among the visitors. In simple terms, displaying of products in the trade show will improve the image of a company and its product among the visitors.

Some of the common types of trade show displays include custom exhibits, tabletop displays, panel and frame systems, pop-up displays, pipe and drape, modular exhibits, table covers and portable hybrid displays.

Custom exhibit is a type of trade show display, which is rented by companies for using in trade shows and some companies often attending trade shows purchase custom exhibits. Custom exhibits are made up of a variety of materials and it can be purchased or rented depending on the need of the exhibitor. This type of display equipment generally incorporates wall panels to create separated spaces or rooms and stages. The problem with custom exhibit is that, it needs labor source for installation in the trade show.

Tabletop displays are generally small metal frame work like a tent frame that can be carried to the place of trade show with the help of the small carrying case. This type of trade show display come with graphic panels attached to the frame work with the help of fasteners like Velcro and magnets. This type of display is easy to set up and so no labor force is required for installation. As the name implies this equipment is designed to set on the top of the table.

Panel and frame systems are a type of trade show display having two vertical support posts with fasteners and brackets and single two-panel frame that rests in a channel on the top of the vertical support posts. This type of display tool is being used in trade show displays.

Table covers as the name implies are sheet-like structures used on the top of the table. These are custom printed covers displaying details about the product of the exhibitor. The table cover trade show display equipment act as an advertising material for the exhibitor since he can print catchy words in the covers telling about the specialty of his product. This would be of great use to small entrepreneurs who just use an ordinary table in the stall. The table can be used as an advertisement tool instead of using it as an ordinary stock table.

Pop-up displays are also called as portable displays or pull-up displays often made of lightweight material and so they can be easily transported and set-up at the trade show as display units. This is a kind of trade show display use flexible graphic panel, which is attached to a roller. Once the equipment is set-up and made ready the graphic screen is pulled up and it is supported by posts for holding for screen.

Modular trade show displays can easily be packed in smaller containers and the setting up is also easy. It is better to get the advice of the experts for selecting the perfect modular trade show display.

Different types of trade show displays are being sold in the market and some companies even rent the trade show display units. It would be better to rent rather than buying because you can rent different types of trade show display every time depending on the space given to you on the trade shows for setting up a stall. Another reason for renting is that the purchasing of trade show display units might cost higher than renting and when you rent you need not look for space for storage of the display unit when it is not in use. However, if you are a person who attends trade shows very often it is better to purchase trade show display units rather than renting so that you can save the repetitive cost of rent. It is better to keep in mind that your trade show display unit should attract the visitors towards your stall before purchasing or renting a trade show display unit.
