Whether you are a basketball player, volleyball player, sprinter or just someone who wants to dominate the hoops at the local court, then jump training is your answer. If you have not previously done any training before, you can actually gain up to 10 inches on your vertical leap.
I am a college volleyball player in southern california, so having a large vertical jump is a must for me. I have found that the best way to do vertical jump training is short explosive movements where you move a certain amount of weight as fast as you can but only for a very short time....
There is this guy who wrote a great ebook about it and I have been using it for the last 3 months. So far I have gained 7 inches on my vert and its been waaay worth it for me. I put the link below to the ebook in case any of you guys wanna check it out.
