Toronto is a world class city, and is the largest city in Canada. It is the country’s most important economic capital, and is known as one of the top financial centers of the world. This city is only about 345 miles from New York and 215 miles from Ottawa, the country’s capital. Toronto can boast itself as a well-regulated city, maintained for cleanliness. All the main essentials of life are well developed like transportation, health care, food, communication and others.

It is situated on the northwest of Lake Ontario and has a population of about five million. It is cosmopolitan in nature. People from all over the globe lives here. The newer buses are designed with wheel-chair accessibility and other facilities to assist passengers with their luggage.

If you want a faster way to get to your destination, taxis are also available. It costs about $40 to $45 for a trip from Pearson International Airport to anywhere in the city. Or you can rent a car if you have good driving experience and a valid driver’s license. Those who live in Toronto, can choose to drive their own vehicle. There are always good airfare deals that come up to get you faster to your destination anywhere in the world.

Not only is transportation very well established in this city. You can find your favorite type of food from anywhere in the world all in one city. The hotel I stayed at in downtown Toronto was great. Courteous service, nice people in general. It got a little crazy and scary at night though. Wouldn't recommend traveling there alone. But in all it was a good experience. Can't wait to go back.

nice article, when i travel to bigger cities, i am usually pretty confused by local public transport, so i prefer taxi. but public transport is often more comcomfortable (when talking about the time needed, especially subway vs. taxi)
