I hope you can also understand why I thought the way I did at the time concerning the people who got involved. Dasani_01 and Mohner5 were people who I had followed for several months and had talked to several times. We had several opinions in common. Twitter seems so broad, with so many people tuning in and I never assumed it could just be a coincidence. Dasani_01 never said a word to me on the subject. She simply unfollowed. Although she dogged me on her page several times, she did it in true style by not using the @reply feature and not contacting me directly. Mohner5 didn't say anything at first, I asked HIM what was going on and that's how things started between us. You want to talk about a quick temper...mohner OWNS that title. =)

But honestly, one of the last comments I got from him was that I had a spy on my page that he knew about...this made me rethink the "friendship" because a TRUE friend would have told me that long ago. So there was nothing lost there anyway.

I do have a quick temper. I can't help it. That's the Indian trait running through my blood. But I am also funny, loyal and a wonderful human being! =)

The Holiday's are approaching...I'm sure we all have things more important in our lives than twitter-fights.

You get this award because you did just that!

One of my crews was working on a historical home in Daytona Beach. Very Very old Cedar siding. Outside the Master bedroom was a small 75 sf porch. I had "cold Process" Materials delivered for that porch. The crew leader said "fuck that cold shit, I'm torching the mother fucker". Well that is exactly what he did. He cause $130,000.00 damage to the home. 8 fire trucks and 32 fire firefighters responded. Now in my anger of the Day, I fired that crew. That crew had worked for me for 7 years, and was one of my best. I pulled new permits, repaired the damage in 6 days. On the 7th I hired that crew back.

The moral of the story WhyInTheHell is, I do not hold a grudge. I really admire you for that last post. Thanks. Cya around for a casual hello now and then? #whatchathink

Very well said Lorry. I try to stay out of the topics of politics & religion for the same reasons that you do. I also feel that if mohner5 and dasani_01 had stayed out of your discussion with whyinthehell, everything would not have escalated as it did.

All that Lorry mentioned about Scott is true. He didn't want either of us involved in the drama that happened. He is a good man. You may not agree with some of his opinions, but like Lorry said, he is REAL. I can respect him, even if I don't agree with everything he says, because he's not being a phony, like so many celebrities are...and I've met a few celebrities in person who act so nice in the public eye and then when you talk to them they are just the opposite. I can agree to disagree and not keep carrying on about it.

It's too bad dillrod isn't willing to talk things out like we are doing here. Lorry tried to but he wasn't willing. He's still angry cause me & Lorry wouldn't let him pose as Rod Stewart the singer, in twitter. He's also angry because I was the only one who didn't get suspended.

He had no right to make poser accounts for me, Lorry and her aunt. If he would just delete the 2 remaining poser accounts and stop saying lies about me & my friends, on his page, all of that would be over...but he's enjoying it too much. This crap about us threatening his family & him calling the authorities, is beyond ridiculous. No one has threatened him, never mind his family, which no one even knows he has.

It's reach the point where I contacted an attorney. In fact it is someone who dillrod follows back. If he keeps up the slander he will find himself in court. I've been told I already have the evidence to do it...especially since he posted my name on his page. Twitter allows that, but cyber laws don't allow that, when it is accompanied by slander and false accusations. I've got other grounds that I will keep to myself, but you can bet, if he don't stop on his own, he WILL be stopped by the court. I've had enough. I've had him blocked, since the summer, so I don't see his accusations in my stream, but it does get back to me from my friends. That is going to stop, one way or another.

I'm seeing here that peace is possible in twitter. At least between gr8spiritwolf, whyinthehell and myself. I hope it will be the same with the rest of her friends. I don't see the hate in whyinthehell that I see in dillrod. I also noticed that she doesn't follow dillrod. For these reasons I unblocked her.

I came to twitter for fun also and ended up making some really awesome friends. If it weren't for them, I would have deleted my account a long time ago. I am happy to see the steps taken here to bring back the fun.

This was surprisingly informative, in that it highlighted some of the reasons we’ve been at loggerheads. Our approaches to and uses for Twitter are fundamentally different. It seems that you and your friends use it as a friend and family networking tool, which is why you take things so personally. I don’t tweet with one single person whom I know personally IRL. I can’t speak for others in my group, so I’ll primarily speak for myself, although some, if not much, of what I say will likely apply to them.

I’d had minimal exposure to online social media before joining twitter early this year, and what I had experienced, I hated. I joined twitter solely because of politics – I didn’t even really know what it was, I just knew I had a lot of opinions and that Rachel Maddow used it. So I signed up and followed Rachel and some MSNBC and other news accounts. I started tweeting my opinions and links and information about things I thought were interesting or important – I didn’t know where they were going or if anyone saw them, and I didn’t care, they were just things I needed to say. A couple of people started tweeting with me, and we exchanged ideas and became friendly (both of whom are now long gone from twitter).

I came to realize that politics is very big on twitter, and it just keeps getting bigger. There are thousands of people who share some or many of my political ideologies...a lot of those people are really smart, and a lot of those really smart people are really funny. I became *very* interested in what these people had to say – they were full of information and interesting opinions, and they made me laugh (a lot). IOW, we connected over our political ideologies, and in many cases, humor.

I now understand that our fundamental differences is the reason Lorry kept insisting that I’d told Mohner to go after her on my behalf – because that’s what your group does. I don’t think I’ve asked anyone to go after someone on my behalf since I was a teenager, and I certainly have not done so on Twitter. That’s petty and has no place in my reasons for using Twitter. I really have no influence over anyone in my group, and even if I did, I wouldn’t use it to deliberately ask them to attack another user on my behalf.

I don’t agree with you at all about us hurting Scott Baio’s foundation – only Scott hurts his foundation. He’s used very poor judgment - anyone who’s trying to promote any sort of business or charity needs to use common sense and not lob shitballs onto the same billboard they’re using to advertise their business or charity. If he wants to be vocal about his political opinions, he should do that using a separate account, and be smart about protecting the foundation. There are perhaps dozens of blogs online about his behavior on twitter, and not one of them comes close to placing blame on anyone else - they all directly quote and show screencaps of his own tweets. His foundation, his tweets, his responsibility.

As much as I think Sean’s kinda crazy, there are a couple of things that I appreciate about him in comparison. When he lobs a grenade, he stays there and takes the heat that comes back at him (sometimes a little too eagerly, but whatever) – he doesn’t run and hide. And he was even funny towards me when he first started @whoyouhatin, offering to scratch under my kitty chin and behind my ears – he has some sense of humor. Both of those things are a lot more than I can say for Scott Baio, who has shown no sense of humor whatsoever and takes himself far too seriously. And the way he handled the entire mess showed that he is a man of unappealing character, in my opinion.

One of the most pitiful things about his behavior is that he launched attacks against many of us, asked his followers to do his dirty work (i.e., ‘so-and-so is a troll, block’ and “PLZ RT”), and then deleted the attacking tweets and cried, “I’m a victim! They’re hurting my charity!” when anything came back at him. This along with his wimpy way of immediately blocking anyone who said the slightest thing he didn’t like, kinda made him the king of all trolls. I have no respect for him, but even if I did have an ounce of it, I’d still have my say if and when he starts up with the political obscenities and attacks he has such a penchant for tweeting publicly. Remember – he is a public figure, and what he says IS public, and the public seems to find it somewhat interesting. The many blog owners who already think he’s a jerk are just waiting for his next move (a couple more popped up when he bashed Lady Gaga at the AMAs…he apparently doesn’t have enough common sense to STFU on the account where he’s promoting his foundation).

The bottom line is, his reputation has nothing to do with any of us – it has to do with his own behavior. He has the right to say whatever he wants, and so do the rest of us. (Now *that* is a fact.) But if I had a foundation to promote and protect, I’d be going about spouting off my opinions on polarizing topics such as politics, abortion rights, and racial bias, in a much quieter, or at least more diplomatic, way.

Just to clarify a remark that you made: I’m not even close to being the most intellectually smart person in my group of ‘friends’.

Did you not forget that the Bato page had a picture of Scott for the avitar? Also the background showed him & Erin? That was done to mislead people into thinking that was Scott Baio's new twitter account. Twitter's TOS clearly states that they don't allow anyone to "mislead" people into thinking they are a celebrity. There are some people who either don't read the bio or were just gullible enough to believe it was Scott Baio by those pictures. The page was filled with nothing but hateful words too, which made it wrong on so many levels.

Yes there are gullible people out there in twitterland. I know this from my experience with @rod_stewart. He tried to mislead people into thinking he was the the Singer Rod Stewart. He didn't stop it until @certifiedcelebs and, I think, @valebrity listed him as a fake celeb on their websites and he knew Twitter would permanently ban him if he didn't put a bio that made it very clear he was NOT the singer. Now he poses as a segway dealer in New Hampshire..but ya know he's not. We called the segway dealer in New Hampshire & talked to the manager. He was not Rod Stewart and didn't have any Rod Stewart working there. (@rod_stewart has said many times on his page that his name IS Rod Stewart) The segway dealer loved that they were getting free publicity. Not sure he'd feel that way if he read the stuff on his page though. If you don't believe me, I'll look up the number again for you, so you can call yourself and see.

I sent tweets to 50 people, in one day alone, all who I seen in search were asking @rod_stewart about his music, his tours & clearly thought he was The Rod Stewart. Alot of people were grateful to have found out because they DID believe it. I found a few of them didn't care - but I believe it was him in other names, asking those questions, that appeared in public search, as a way of making people think he was famous. He never @replied to any of those questions either. Instead he would Fa La La La La on his page & talk about the bogus faxes he received from Richard Gere for votes for his cheesecake recipe and make comments to lead people to think he was the singer. He would talk to some followers in dm & reel them in so they thought they were talking to Rod Stewart, the singer of Forever Young.

Go take a look at http://www.twitpic.com/photos/LASSanchez She posted dm's from him where he admitted he wasn't the singer & asked her to keep it private. I've spoken to this woman & know her very well now. She is very sweet and I know why he admitted it to her. She was convinced he was the singer, even told him how excited she was to be going to HIS concert in Minnesota on her birthday. I think he sent that dm to her right before she flew out there because he got a guilty conscience, knowing what a sweet old lady she is. She didn't turn against him until she found out the lies that he told about me, @gr8spiritwolf, @kimecatron, & @damianmann. He was telling his followers that we all were threathening him & his family, and how the police were investigating all of us, which is hogwash. He had @LASSanchez believing that we were haters and/or spam bots and she blocked us. Who knows how many believe this. I don't care because my friends know it was all a pack of lies. All we ever did was warn his followers that he was not the person, that he was leading them all to believe that he was.

I also know one woman who was so crushed that this dillrod was not the singer, that she quit twitter altogether. She is the reason that to this day, if I see anyone even suggesting that he is Rod Stewart the singer, I message them so they won't get hurt like she did. Of course he calls me a douchebag, labels me as a hater, even accused me of opening @Rod_StewartS twitter page which he calls malicious. He's just jealous because that person is a great story teller. That's why he copies tweets from that page & uses them as his own. People can look at the times and dates on the tweets and see who is copying who.

@rod_stewart is also doing what he accuses @Rod_StewartS of doing. @rod_stewart (dillrod) follows my friends on my followers list, and does the same thing to my friends. By the way, @Rod_StewartS is not my page. I can't take credit for it..but I do enjoy it his stories.

To this day, @rod_stewart still has either fake names, or friends of his tweet things to make him look like he is important. Did you know he supposedly saw Bill Clinton, on the very day that Clinton was in North Korea? He lost alot of credibility with that comment, because he didn't know Clinton was there. No one did until after the fact. HaHa. All dillrod is..is a fake, a phony & a liar. I've had many people tell me that he claims I have a twitter crush on him. I think my comments here show clearly that isn't true. Who knows if he's even a man huh? It could very well be a woman.

You talk about my article being one sided. I really don't feel that it is. I speak & I write from my heart and ALL my articles on my hub page are true stories. I am neither a liar or hater. I don't harass anyone, but I will stand up for myself, for what I believe is right or wrong, as well as standing up for my friends. I used that reference because I have seen the hate that goes on in the slums in NY and am thankful I never lived in places like that. One accidental visit was all I needed to stay clear of that. I'm not stupid. I know he was trying to make me look like I'm racist, which I am NOT! If I were racist, I sure wouldn't have an ex husband who is of the latino race, and friends with many people of different ethnic backgrounds. A person's race means nothing to me. Don't worry, unlike you all, I won't publish all the names, addresses, phone numbers & emails that I know, but I will gladly give it to the authorities if they request it from me, but I don't think they'll come to me for it.

You'll see the comment where I spoke of a hater from NY, who has been posting, several comments, in other names. Some of those names have been deleted..but not before getting screen prints showing the names, comment, time posted & the ip address. Guess what? All are the same ip's going to Bay Shore NY. After I made that comment, he had a friend in Washington State post under his phony name & then he posted his own comment right after.

I dislike fakes, phonies and liars. Notice I don't use the word HATE. You'll also notice that I have not said anything to attack you. I've done my best to be civil to you. I expect the same in return.

I will not tolerate anymore mud slinging in your comments here, nor will I allow anymore personal attacks on my friend Lorry, especially when they are filled with nothing but cursing and calling her names that I know she is not. The phrase is "beating a dead horse," not "killing a dead horse." Can't kill what's already dead -- like Baio's career.

I never blocked Baio, nor did he block me. He ignored my questions, which is a strong indicator to many that either his charity is shady or *he* is.

If you think a satire Twitter account that clearly says the username is Scott BATO, and a bio that says "I am not Scott Baio," is going too far, you have led a very sheltered life. And as far as I know, no one tried to hack into Baio's "AT&T," whatever THAT means.

Baio repeated his wife's "shitfuck" remark, agreed with it, and made several other disparaging remarks, including accusing the president of being a Kenyan-born Marxist; Baio's behavior is demeaning for someone who claims to want to help children. Baio turned off every potential left-wing donor to his cause with his absurd and vile statements. If he really cared about that children, he wouldn't have behaved like one.

ME: I remember that quote well. Even if everyone had butted out, as they called it, they had every intention of continuing to attack Scott Baio, his wife, his daughter & their foundation. They even went so far as posting his parents home address on SEVERAL blog sites, and links to the sites in Twitter. Now they blame Scott Baio because he used that address for his foundation. I'm sure if Scott thought anyone was as cruel or demented as these people, he would have used another address.

The only reason they've stopped using his twitter name in their attacks, is because they were told by twitter, next time they would be permanently banned. You can believe if you check out @cynicor @dayswithdave @mohner5 twitter pages, you'll see the hate still continues, even though Scott has been totally ignoring them.

Whether he said things about the president or even agreed with it, that is his right. I said worse things about Bush. Are you going to go after me too? I think it's funny that you are completely blind to the hateful statements that Baio made about the president, about my country's military, and about liberals needing to be aborted (not exactly a strong anti-abortion stance for him to take, is it?).

It's absurd that you think attacking Baio for being an asshole is the same as attacking his charity, and disgusting that Baio and people like you want to use the children in that (questionable) children's charity as human shields for Baio to hide behind. What next? I never said one unkind work to or about Baio on Twitter; the only thing I did was ask him some serious questions about his charity. The questions were standard questions that anyone running a charity should be able to answer but he ignored them, which raised red flags, as far as I'm concerned. It wasn't until Baiobots started trolling me that I declared war, and that was after several warnings to to whatchadouche and gr8spiritdumbass to butt-out or Baio would pay the price; if they'd kept their noses out of it, they wouldn't have gotten in trouble.

And no, I've never had my account suspended before nor known anyone who has, so I wasn't aware that my follower/following counts being zeroed out meant it was being suspended (and you need to stop calling a suspension a ban -- they're two different terms). You and your other friends must get suspended frequently, to recognize the signs so quickly.

Finally, I guess you're too young to understand certain legal matters, particularly matters of American law; Baio can't have us arrested, as we've committed no crime. He doesn't even have enough to sue us for defamation or libel. For that matter, the whatchawearing impostor hasn't done anything illegal either, so don't expect him or her to stop.

Cyber stalking takes on many forms such as sending e-mail to the victim, impersonating the victim in chat rooms and e-mail messages, and spreading untruths in a chat room. The Internet is a very efficient and inexpensive way for cyber stalkers to intimidate, terrorize, and harm their victims while at the same time remaining anonymous. Stalking is a Crime

Stalking charges are serious and almost every state now has a strict stalking law. Stalking includes cyber stalking (online stalking on the Internet), celebrity stalkers, workplace stalking, and any stalking behavior or harassment, which puts the stalking victim in fear for their safety.

Stalking Crime Penalties 

Stalking can be charged either as a misdemeanor or a felony. If the stalking charge is a first-time offense, without aggravating factors, the charge is likely to be considered a misdemeanor, punishable by up to one year in county jail. Second-time stalking offenses with the same victim and some aggravating factors would be considered a felony, punishable by up to five years in state prison.

First, let me say that not only is this piece ridiculously one-sided, but it seems to indicate that the writer is a C-student in high school.

Second, it's funny that Scott Baio's hatespeech is re-cast as Baio "exercising his freedom of speech," whereas those of exercising OUR freedom of speech to disagree with him are labeled as "haters." Allow me to introduce the writer to a concept called "double standard." Google it.

Third, those of you defending Baio are hypocrites; you have been the ones engaged in hatespeech and bullying activity. You deserved to get suspended, and you will no doubt be banned at some point and unable to create ANY new accounts.

Fourth, let me walk you all through something really quick:

My @ryking account was suspended on the evening of 10/29, but my page didn't say "suspended." The only thing that happened was that my follower/following count was zeroed-out. I could still send/receive messages for two hours and did so before logging off for the night, so I thought it was a technical problem.

The next morning, I used a back-up account established months ago and clearly labeled in the bio as "Alexander Ryking's back-up account" to open a trouble ticket for my @ryking account and then to notify @Ginger about the ticket. THAT is when Ginger finally emailed me to explain that my @ryking account was suspended and that my @xryk would have to be as well.

Fifth, the reason for the suspension of the @ryking account was due to my "revelation" that the PUBLICLY AVAILABLE address of Baio's charity is 5901 Royal Oak Rd Encino, CA 91436. Baio now claims that it's his parents' address, and if that's the case then he should be ashamed of himself for exposing his parents to the dangers of stalker-fans like yourselves.

My @ryking account was also suspended because I said two nasty things to two pieces of right-wing trash -- neither of them Baio or any of you Baiobots. The suspension was not related to anything I said to Baio or about Baio, and was not done at his request; Twitter made the decision to enforce its TOS.

Sixth, since I had already been fed-up with Twitter for some time but stayed with the site out of a sense of obligation and out of habit, I decided to take the opportunity to ask Ginger to delete my two accounts. I have not established another one, nor do I have any interest in doing so; I have way more free-time to do other, more productive things then watch bubble-gum trending topics and deal with silly right-wing trash.

Seventh, for those of you who think your Constitutional rights to free speech and expression means you're ENTITLED to use Twitter, here's a reality check: You have no right to express yourselves on Twitter. Twitter owns the account you use, it's Twitter's software and servers that you're using, and therefore it's Twitter's choice to let you use its property to express yourselves. Just as a restaurant is private property and has the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, Twitter is private property.

And finally: Lorry, you're the last one to talk about unsolicited attacks, seeing as how you and the rest of your ilk attacked @whyinthehell, @cynicor, and many others without provocation. Not one of those people even knew you trash existed or had said one word to you -- until you decided to appoint yourselves Baio's protectors and mob those whose politics you disagreed with. I don't know what else to add, since this was so very well written and covered it all! I WILL add that @JamieHarrington posted my infant daughter's pic on her blog until I reminded her of the laws about posting a minor's pic on a public forum without parental consent. She started this whole mess and then disappeared behind the other trolls.

@Dayswithdave also stalked my MySpace page and publicly made fun of my 13 year old son, even called him by name on his twitter page. @Cynicor listed what he believed were the numbers of my home address and it went by without a hiccup. All these things they have done, AND MORE had been reported to @Twitter to no avail.

If you read ANY of their pages, you will see tweets full of hate to numerous individuals who never addressed them. They use Twitter as a political debate to harass anyone with a different opinion. If you tweet something they don't like or agree with, and just ONE of them sees it, you will be bombarded by the whole group and harassed!

My stance and argument FROM THE START was that no matter your status; celebrity or regular Joe Shmoe; We have a constitutional right to speak our opinions.

I clearly stated in a tweet that Scott Baio's celebrity status didn't erase his 1st ammendment right.

That said; I believe my argument was won before it even started, and several babies tried to take it to another level.

I WILL be back on Twitter. If my page isn't reinstated, I WILL create another one. AND I will continue to speak my mind and stick by ANY individual I feel is wronged! After all, that is WHY you have the freedom to "follow", "unfollow" or "block".
