True Back
83I'm going to do a quick piece about a product called True Back. Now I haven't seen many True Back reviews, so I thought I would do one because I have a bad back and therefore I'm obviously interested in anything that can heal it, or at least relieve the pain. Let me make it clear here that I haven't bought the product and I haven't tried it. I am really only trying to gather together some information in one place as to the viability of this product. There have been many True Back TV commercials and I have read one or two articles. There is also the wiff of a True Back scam, there usually is with products like these anyway. There is enough money spent on this type of product every day.
Back pain can be one of the most debilitating pains. It is often referred to by the different areas of the back are affected such as neck pain of lower back pain.
Back pain... the common malady
Lower back pain is said to be one of the most complained about inflictions. It is the fifth most common reason for a visit to the physician. And almost all of us will suffer from some form of back pain at some time in our lives. This is because of the complexity of the back and the spine. Often these back pains will travel into the legs and arms.
What is True Back?
True Back is a non powered traction device that aims at relieving the pain of the most back pain conditions. These include upper back pain, lower back pain, upper middle back pain, neck pain, and sciatica. The advertisements have lots of success stories, as is common in with advertisements in this ilk. The product is supposed to be very easy to use; all you have to do is lie in top of it. It uses your own weight so that the muscles and each side of your spine are massaged by the device. Now listening to all these folks who have given the True Back a great review is fairly exciting. But is it true?
True Back scam?
One of the things I came up with was that the manufacturers of this product have commissioned a university study to look into the claims all of the True Back. But, True Back only reveal snippets of the study, they don't actually release the full study to you. This is very suspect because if the outcome was positive, then they would be doing everything that they could to publish the whole report. As to whether the True Back is a scam... I think it's no better or any worse than any other product that is on the market. But as I said I haven't tried the product myself so I can't really be completely objective. If you have a problem with your back you are only going to be able to get temporary relief from a product such as this. Sometimes that can be a real help. Have not tried it myself but being a person with back pain verily regular due to the type of work I do I asked my chiropractor about some of the advertised items on TV some he did not figure would help but he figured true back might so I plan to order one and try it.
After 4 lower back laminectomies over the years, and having many other available remedies (gravity boots, Electrostimuli device, muscle relaxants), I have to say that Trueback has been more effective for severe muscle spasms than any other remedy. Not just my lower back, but 7 out of the 9 friends who borrowed it from me ended up ordering it for themselves, as the results were so good. Does it work for everyone?..Probably not, just as any other remedy or surgical procedure might not either.

I'm a skeptic as well, and continued to be as I was ordering this product. If you're not careful they will sell you more things than you called for. But, my wife and I both had back issue's, and she was going to a therapist. We both work, so there were scheduling issues. I figured if it helped why not try it. We did, and she hasn't been back to the therapist, nor have I had any more trouble with my back. It may or may not work for you, but it helped with our back problems. And it is so simple to use, it's amazing that it works. But it does!
