Staying in tip-top shape from head to toe is easier than you think! Keep your body running perfectly with these everyday tips.
1) Boost your memory by drinking coffee. A study has shown that women who drink at least 3 cups of coffee a day keep their memory sharp as they age. Caffeine, which stimulates the brain, boosts your memory. There is always controversy over the effects of caffeine. As with most things in life, caffeine has its good and bad sides. 2) Sharpen your eyesight by blinking. Using a computer everyday for work or play dries out your eyes. You blink half the amount of time when staring at your computer. Take a break and blink rapidly to stimulate tear production.

6)Get your skin glowing. There are two kinds of wrinkles: caused by the sun and brought on by aging. Any kind of face cream that contains retinol will work to help smooth away the wrinkles on your face. Eating salmon, flaxseed and walnuts can keep your skin looking smooth. These foods contain omega 3, the healthy fat, which will help your skin and cholesterol.
7)Beautify your legs. Just a half of cup of berries a day can reduce the appearance of varicose veins and prevent new ones from forming. Fresh, frozen or canned, they're packed with flavonoids, compounds that strengthen vessel walls, promoting healthy circulation.
